I VINC GATLIN KEEP SENDING THE SAME DISCHARGE APPLICATION TO NELNET, THEY KEEP SAYING THAT MY DOCTOR HAS NOT FILLED IT OUT CORRECTLY. MY DOCTOR HAS DONE ALL THE PAPER WORK THEY ASK HIM TO DO. THE APP. IS FOR TOTAL AND PERMANENT DISABILITY DISCHARGE.

    Something is either missing in your complaint or in the paperwork, your doctor has filled out. When I did mine, it took several months for it to happen, and that is because they kept sending more forms to my doctor that they said needed to be filled out. They also don't want abbreviations for your medical conditions, they want the complete medical term, even if it won't fit on the space for the answer. My doctor's nurse told me there wasn't even room on some of the lines for a typewritten answer. If I understood my doctor's nurse right, she completely typed everything, they wanted, including the form and sent the typed form along with the original form.
