Stuart Aitken / pathetic service from vodacom fibre!!
This was a disaster from the word go! It took forever to get system installed then, I requested an upgrade on my line more than 2 weeks ago! I have spoken to and emailed them almost every day since then. Every time its a different problem.
I was even told that I as the customer need to contact Vumatel and arrange the upgrade with them as they are unable to do it, this while Vodacom is my ISP.
They never get back to you when they say they will. They keep telling me that it will definitely be done today, every day!
I have spent hours on the phone to various call centre agents. I have COUNTLESS emails with different SR numbers.
Just pathetic! I have been a Vodacom customer for around 20 years, but this might change very soon!
