I bought enhancement for my husband from Strovex. I paid $20 and they also charged $4 for shipping. One week later they took another $120 and I can’t get any explanation from them. If I knew that the price is so high I have never ordered from them. I still hope to get a full refund.
I was told that I would be charged 9.95 but was charged 39.97
Apparently, 7-Second, LLC is a scam. I have NEVER had any dealings with such a ridiculously inept company. I CANCELLED an unauthorized subscription more than a month ago and am still being debited! Then, no one has any means by which to provide me with answers regarding a refund; except to tell me that they'll only refund 25% of the monies charged to my account - A MONTH AFTER A CANCELLED SUBSCRIPTION (that was never authorized in the first place) and several fruitless phone calls! Well, ladies and gentlemen, I am not 'participating' in their scam another day! I am finding the Police force And Better Business Bureau that is local to their Van Nuys address and filing THEFT charges right now! Many others of you should follow suit and stop being the victim. Enough already! Stay tuned.
I wonder what became of the theft charges. This guy was so pumped up, I just knew he would be back to tell us how he took these boneheads down. I guess it was too hard on him.

Same with situation, except when we returned the product with the same quarntee which was full refund minus the shipping. We were only refunded $9.37. This only took place after repeated pestering on our part. They, the people on the other end of the phone, ( who barely speak english ) now tell us that they oly refund 25 % of the purchase price. Too bad that there is no oversight for companies that operate in this criminal way.
On 12/5/12 I ordered a sample bottle of Strovex for 30.00. I received 2 bottle and a charge of 89.99 plus 25.98 shipping for total of $115.97. I immeditely got a RA and returned the product. They then issued me a 20% refund of $22.50 and refuse to refund rest. Even thought it was their fault and I was shipped the wrong product. They rufuse to issue full refund.
