I wanted to update my delivery address and change my phone number.
But, every time I update my delivery address it shows that the phone number and address has changed but when I check my order, the delivery address again remains same. No matter how much I update my address it still becomes the same.
I am seriously fed up with this site it literally is annoying
And why did you even put up a Customer care contact number when you dont pick up at all

Hi I have bought 3 pair of flats from your portal around 5 days ago. I haven't received any type of message or tracking id of my order, how I can track my order? It's paid and the delivery still hasn't been made. My order number is #2718359. I have repeatedly call your numbers and filled out various forms as well, however there is no response. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

My order # 2523947 which was placed on 11th November 2018 was expected to get delivered on 10th December 2018, still its being almost 2 month I didn't received my order . everytime when I raised the query I get same answer that it will delivered shortly . I am seriously fed up of your service so now I just wana cancelled my order and want my money back . I have being waiting since very long now my patience level is no more so please I want my money back as soon as possible or else I would go to consumer forum .

My order # 2523947 I placed order on 11 november it's being a month I still didn't received my order yet. It's was expected to get delivered before 10 december still no update regarding it and last week the customer cared called and assured to get delivered within week still it's more than week still no deliverey found. Please help me with it and deliver my order as soon as possible.

I had placed order for 2 shoes on 15/9/2018. My expected delivery date was 6/10/2018. But I haven't received anything nor did I hear from you anything. Where is my order? I had ordered for my friend's birthday present and one for me. Say, I couldn't gift her on time because I didn't got delivery on time. There is no reply from the company who has already taken my money and has given nothing in return. Pathetic experience. It was my second time purchase.

I have returned the product a month ago and waiting for my exchange product till now.. it's been a month and still I didn't get any response... Reference:No- 334029.
And this is the 4th time am mailing you guys.. even I tried contacting you people no response and the call gets disconnected... Wat you guys thinks without replying can escape or wat ? Are you guys not ashamed of wat you doing ? It's gonna be more than a month and still NO RESPONSE...Is this the right way to treat a customer ?

Hie, i have a genuine problem regarding the delay in the delivery of orders. It's the second time I am facing this problem. I have upcoming events which are really important ones; for which i ordered from your site. I totally relied on this site, and ordered clothes and shoes from here; also i numbers. Please please please do look after it, cos its really very important and also i don't want to loose my trust from this site, cos you guys have really really good things here. I have placed the order online on streetstylestore.com ...my order number is #2209190...i placed the order of 3 footwears cost Rs. 1199. At first i got my all the orders within 1 month but then as the size was big so i requested for replacement ...and after that i got one of the three footwear in 2 week time...but i didn't got the other two and it's been 3 months now...i tried to contact them...they didn't pick their call and i mailed them so many times but i am getting the same reply evertime...my order number is #2209190...i want my order or just give me my refund...please look into the matter...

i ordered some item on 18th of may and Reference number is -#2236652 and 8th of June is estimate delivery date of these items which is too long but its ok However order not received yet (13/16/2018) any item and no one inform or confirm me about delivery, i already raised tickets but still no response from your side
And i am frustrated too much and i decide in future i never order any product from your site, your service is very poor, pathetic and dis-casting

If some one can help me from your side that's good otherwise i never recommend to anybody for this site, you guys always dis pointed to every one

I had placed an order 1 and half months back from a friend's ID. Firstly, the order took like 1 month to get delivered, and then when the order arrived it was nothing like the picture that was posted on your website. I had raised a request for an exchange of the same but there has been absolutely no appropriate response from your end. I have been trying to call the customer support number but no one tends to answer the call. This is really disappointing and annoying at the same time as this was the first time I placed an order and this is the kind of service I am getting. Seeing the competition in the market for you guys if this is the way you deal with things here trust me it's gonna earn a real bad name for you.

Kindly look into the matter asap and get this issue resolved at the earliest.

Not one happy customer I have seen has given ur site a good remark... I have not received the products worth the quality I qas promised for... There is a qality problem, product is bad, size to exchange is not avialble... Please pleawe please its a request kindly exchange it with a different product or make the sixe available

It took almost a month for this [censored] to be delivered... Unfortunelty I thought ur site would be good... But its nothing like myntra or flipkart... I m sorry but even limeroad and shopclues have better service than u guys...

Order no 2153751 was done on 30.03.2018. No delivery till date. No of complaints done-no use. No response-no revert-no delivery. On site can't see my latest orders. Am very disappointed with the no care attitude of your portal. I have been constantly asking and there is no update deom your side. It happens with the shoes always. The bags have been delivered on time... Nut never the shoes.

Its been a long time. Thier is no response from your customer care. So i have to reach other complaining sites for the same. Ur customer services are very poor and unsatisfied. This is the worst experience with SSS. I have ordered my order on 10/3/2018 which was expected to be deliver on 31/03/2018 and today is 10/04/2018 and the order has not been delivered. When I have called r quick express to track my order they are being so rude to me and saying that your order address is not in service area. Can i know who is at fault ? I have been requesting you people from last 15 days but no positive reply. This is the service you provide to your customer ? I have also attached the tracking details as status is not changed since 2nd of April. Please help me.

To begin with your service sucks. I think it is just a trick to fleece others money. I placed an order almost a month ago and there has been no communication from your end. I made an online payment for a pair of sandles, however when I am trying to track my order, it says no order has been placed. There are no contact details on the website nor any interactive help desk. This is just to annoying. My order number is #2075699 and it really annoys me to see how irresponsible you guys are! Please reply to me quickly or else I am going report about it to the Consumer Grievance Cell and they will take care you the matter.

I have ordered 3 clothsunder the 3 for @999 offer from streetstylestore.com today online (2 Feb 2018). While doing payment, once payment got deducted from my bank but the order was not placed. I didnt recieve any confirmation email neither on my gmail nor on mobile number.in the order History when I checked, I cannot see any orders placed.
I have tried to reach the customer care number as mentioned below:

I expect their confirmation email (the product should be delivered) or my money should be returned back.

I have placed the order for exchange due to size difference. The person who came to pick up the order informed that brand name is not given and QC failed... While placing the order there was no brand name given... I want the order to get exchanged or to be taken back and refund the amount... I want to get this sorted out asap. And the customer care service is worst no one responds when I call them 😠

I ordered shoes on 21st November and it has been just 2 months that the shoes are damaged so easily and the condition of the shoes are very bad i really want to return this product. The quality of the product is very bad. I have already raised an issue but no step has been taken yet. I want to return this product and want you to refund my money asap.

I ordered a 3 pair of sandals on 10th September 2017
I got the delivery after 40 days and the sandals were bigger so I need to replace it with a smaller size. I have made the payment of INR 1000.

The product was been collected back for the replacement and after 1 and half when I complained them with emails and all I got a pair of sandal with smaller size. but still I have not received my two pairs of sandals nor my money back.

Now it has been 4 months so I want my money back and don't want the pair of sandals.
