I recently made a purchase on StreetStyleStore on April 13th, 2021. Unfortunately, due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, I had to move back to my hometown. I needed to either cancel my order or change the delivery address. Since my products had not yet been shipped, I thought it would be possible to make the necessary changes. However, I have been trying to contact their customer support team for a week now, but I have not received any response to my queries. I have sent several emails, but I have not received any updates on my order. Additionally, the phone number provided is always busy, and I cannot get through to anyone.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer support from StreetStyleStore. It is not fair to take people's money and then not provide any assistance when they need it, especially during these difficult times. I urge the company to improve their customer service and be more responsive to their customers' needs. It is essential to build trust with customers, and this kind of behavior only damages their reputation.

I hope that StreetStyleStore will take my feedback seriously and work towards improving their customer support. I would appreciate it if they could provide me with an update on my order or at least respond to my queries. I am still hopeful that I will receive my products soon, but I am disappointed with the lack of communication and support from the company.

I recently made a purchase from StreetStyleStore and I have to say, I am not impressed. I ordered a pair of boots that looked amazing in the first image on their website. However, when I received them, I was disappointed to find out that they were cheap knock-offs. The boots were advertised as having fur lining, genuine leather material, and a lot of detail, but what I got was a pair of crappy boots that were nothing like what was advertised.

I was so disappointed that I contacted the company to complain about the product I received. But instead of offering to send me the real product, they begged me repeatedly to keep the boots. I was not happy with this response, as I had paid good money for the boots and I wanted what I had ordered. After several attempts to get the company to send me the real product, I finally gave up and decided to return the boots.

Unfortunately, returning the boots was not an easy process. I had to spend $25 to return the boots to China in order to get my money back. This was frustrating, as I had already wasted $40 on the boots in the first place. I can only hope that the company actually refunds my money upon receipt of the return.

Overall, I would not recommend StreetStyleStore to anyone. The products they advertise are not what you actually receive, and their customer service is not helpful. If you are looking for quality products and good customer service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

What the heck? I mean, seriously, if you don't have good stuff to sell, just close your website and chill out. Why are you wasting our time and money? Don't you have anything else to do? Is that why you started this business? Come on, man, just shut down your website. It would be better for all of us, including you guys.

And let me tell you, folks, if you're thinking of ordering from this website, don't even bother. It's all fake. You won't get the same product you ordered, and there's no return policy. And to top it off, it takes forever to get your stuff. So, seriously, just stay away from this website.

I mean, I get it, we all make mistakes, but this is just ridiculous. It's like they don't even care about their customers. It's a shame, really. I hope they figure out what they're doing wrong and fix it, but until then, I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them.

I'm usually pretty careful about where I order my clothes and shoes from, but I recently had a bad experience with StreetStyleStore. I ordered a couple of pairs of boots from them, but they didn't arrive until almost two months later. And when they did finally show up, they weren't even what I had ordered! The leather, fabric, soles, and even the stitching were all different from what was advertised on the website.

I was really disappointed and frustrated, especially since StreetStyleStore has a money-back guarantee. I tried to contact them via email to get my money back, but they stopped responding to me as soon as I told them about the problem. It's really frustrating as a consumer to have to go through all this trouble just to get what I paid for. I feel like I should be able to trust the people who are running these businesses.

I'm not giving up on getting my money back, but I definitely won't be using StreetStyleStore again. It's just not worth the hassle and disappointment. I wish I had read some reviews before ordering from them, but now I know better. If you're thinking about ordering from StreetStyleStore, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

I placed an order with order ID: 7533554 on 20th April 2024 wilth prepaid payment (details attached). At the time of order, delivery date was showing 26th April. Whenever I check delivery date gets extended. I raised a query on the website and they are saying a customer executive will contact me. No one has contacted me ever since. It has been More than 15 days now and my order delivery date is extending only. I want the refund along with penalty as these people have wasted my so much time. This is not the way to do business and make fools out ofCustomers.

Please look in the matter and do the needful.

I had ordered a pair of boots of Rs743 on 09.01.2020 through online payment. A few days after I raised a query on their website asking how long will it take to deliver. They replied since their policy says it takes 3-21 days to deliver, I should wait. I did so.
But it has been 27 days as of today. And every time I call on their provided helpline, no executive is available to speak with me, only the automated machine, when I enter my order number, gives me a new expected date of delivery.
It has been more than a week, the machine keeps on postponing the estimated date of delivery. There has been no reply of the queries I raised in the last two days. No replies on my email as of now. I feel completely helpless at this point of time since I feel like it is a fraud. Also, there is no Cancellation Policy on their website.

I have made payment too.Your not responding to mails, calls and when I reached to to through Instagram, u wanted me to cancel. If you guys cannot deliver the order even after 2 months, then there is no need for the order and why have you put the contact no. On website when you are not answering the calls at all.

Few days back my order was split, now half order is with me and half order is remaining can you please tell when are you going to deliver it because I wanted that for my holiday. I wanted to update my delivery address and change my phone number.
But, every time I update my delivery address it shows that the phone number and address has changed but when I check my order, the delivery address again remains same. No matter how much I update my address it still becomes the same.

Hi I have bought 3 pair of flats from your portal around 5 days ago. I haven't received any type of message or tracking id of my order, how I can track my order? Hie, i have a genuine problem regarding the delay in the delivery of orders. It's the second time I am facing this problem. I have upcoming events which are really important ones; for which i ordered from your site. I totally relied on this site, and ordered clothes and shoes from here; also i numbers. I have placed the order online on streetstylestore.com ...my order number is #2209190...i placed the order of 3 footwears cost Rs. 1199. At first i got my all the orders within 1 month but then as the size was big so i requested for replacement ...and after that i got one of the three footwear in 2 week time...but i didn't got the other two and it's been 3 months now...i tried to contact them...they didn't pick their call and i mailed them so many times but i am getting the same reply evertime...my order number is #2209190...i want my order or just give me my refund...please look into the matter...

i ordered some item on 18th of may and Reference number is -#2236652 and 8th of June is estimate delivery date of these items which is too long but its ok However order not received yet (13/16/2018) any item and no one inform or confirm me about delivery, i already raised tickets but still no response from your side
And i am frustrated too much and i decide in future i never order any product from your site, your service is very poor, pathetic and dis-casting

If some one can help me from your side that's good otherwise i never recommend to anybody for this site, you guys always dis pointed to every one
