WARNING: Do NOT Use Strawberrynet.com - Fake Products and Poor Customer Service
I'm telling you, don't even think about using Strawberrynet.com. I made the mistake of buying some La Prairie skin care products from them, spending a whopping 230 bucks on the stress cream and 170 on the serum. But guess what? They were both fake! I mean, come on, I know what the real stuff smells like and these had a totally different fragrance. I even took them to a store that sells the product and they confirmed my suspicions - they were fakes.
I'm so mad right now. I've been shopping with Strawberrynet for years and I always thought I was getting the real deal. But now I'm starting to wonder if they've changed hands or if they're just straight up cheating their customers. I'm telling you, I PROMISE YOU, these products weren't real. And to make matters worse, my credit card wouldn't even process the transaction because it said Strawberrynet wasn't a reputable site. But I forced it through because I thought I knew better. Boy, was I wrong.
I've been trying to return these fake products for ages now, but all I get are messages back from Strawberrynet that make it seem like they don't understand me. It's like they're not even trying to help me out. So please, please, please, BEWARE of Strawberrynet.com. Don't risk it.

I bought a Shiseido suncream and it was thicker than usual. When i was about to put it to my face i realise it smell like glue. I did not wear once cos i was scared to ruin my ski
I believe its really wromg and unfair sell productos saying it is original when is not and i am discusted as it can creat lot of problem to our skin.
You buys should be shame of doing it as it is a crime

I made an order on 26th of April, According to the site content: estimated delivery period 14 days. My poor parcel stucks in Singapore for 2 months already! I exchanged countless mails with cs team, which is totally useless! They refuse to make a refund, and in the same time they cannot specify delivery date! And I'm not alone, just check their Instagram there're tons of complaints. In my opinion if you cannot handle "pandemic situation" stop the service, but don't make customers pay for your constants.
non delivery of product
I had placed an order ( order no. [protected]) for perfume on 7th July 2019 by paying the amount in advance. As per the delivery terms, it was supposed to be delivered within 21 working days. Almost 26 working days have passed, but still, the product is not delivered. I have emailed them several times for refunding back the amount, but I get a standard reply that they require 14 more days to deliver.
I request you to please refund my amount in 7 days.
Hi! Did you get an answer from them? I had the same issue, my products are delayed for more than 3 weeks and i even moved from the country and can't receive it in the address. They always send me this coy/paste answer saying they are unable to refund it till it is delivered back to their address. I dont know what do to anymore =/

overpaid for items and never received
I was charged £35 for a roc cream and discounted Dior primer down to £17
Vouchers were meant to be taken off costing whole amount down to £25
They e mailed to say the Dior primer was out of stock and still charged me for it
After asking for this to be looked into I was cut off and told the query was closed
Terrible behaviour. Thought they were reputable company but clearly not.
I would like my money refunded please. Especially as they charged me for something they didn't even have in stock. Shocking way to treat people.

dont use for orders to south africa
Because what they dont tell you is that they make use of the South African Post Office delivery (which is a dysfunctional and non operational organisation) and you will never get your package. They only share with you that they use this organisation ones your order is shipped. By then off course you are not allowed to cancel the order.
I ordered perfume for my Mother's birthday. The order was 15 August 2018. Up to today 7 November she has not received the order. Strawberry.net's response is keep waiting. Maybe one day it will be delivered. They dont want to return my money even after all this time. I am out of pocket and they just say 'contact the SA Post Office". No one at the dysfunctional SA Post Office replies to email s and I am in Singapore. So all I can do is warn anyone interested in baying from Strawberry.net for South African delivery to NOT DO IT. It will never be received and they dont care.
warning about unsatisfactory business services, or possible fraudulent transactions
The company's website is malfunctioning: charges were made via PayPal but the website did not allow me to log in to review and verify the purchase, charged amount, and delivery address. I immediately contacted the customer service via email, however, the representative was unable to address site problems within the appropriate time, resulting in further complications with the delivery (the package sent to a wrong address). Three days later, the management did not provide me with a reasonable explanation for occurred problems and did not remedy the financial loss. The last email I received stated:
"Dear XXX,
Thank you for your email and we are sorry about your unhappy experience.
I've forwarded this issue to our relevant team for detailed checking. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

I am a customer of StrawberryNet.
Have provided a few minutes ago all this issues regarding my order which I paid with my Mastercard, ending ...7164, expiry date 01/21.
I am so frustrated with the lack of customer care, after using this company over several years.
As I have cancer, and just had chemo today, I am too tired to re-write all over again.
I did respond to them as per their Order Template Confirmation to the Manager, [protected]@strawberrynet.com.
I would appreciate this sorted asap.

nars satin lip pencils
Ordered 2Nars Satin lip pencils in Timanfaya on 24/01/18, number [protected]. The shade is not correct and they have a very unpleasant feel and rancid taste on the lips which is unbearable, I cannot use this product and would like a full refund. I have recommended you and ordered from StrawberryNet before and have been happy with my purchases . I recently made a purchase for sunscreen for sensitive skin. I researched the prices in various sites, strawberry net coming out as best. I have used strawberrynet in the past and was satisfied with the experience.
However on this occasion I was charged a fee of 13.87 to have the sunscreen delivered. There was no mention of hidden costs when I purchased the sunscreen, and when comparing prices I would have factored this in and likely chosen a different company.

I'm absolutely disgusted with StrawberryNET!
I have ordered something from this scam website back in July. There was no sign of my order for a long time so one day I contacted StrawberryNET support and demanded some explanation. Their rep said that it will take some time because my product was not in stock. In July I cancelled my order and was promised a refund. Here we are, it is almost November and still no money. Recently I contacted these scammers and reminded about my existence. Their rep said that they refunded me a long time ago! I'm absolutely disgusted with StrawberryNET! Stay away from this scam site!
Scam!
Ordered some creams from StrawberryNET and never received anything. When I contacted them it was really hard to understand them because they barely spoke English. I tried to find out where my order was and when will it arrive but they never told me anything. I also tried to cancel my order and get a refund but it was absolutely impossible to do that! Keep away from this fraudulent scam site and save your hard earned money!
The seller told to pay in order to get order from post depot
I purchased three bottles of cream from the company www.strawberrynet.com. The total sum was about $50 and I waited 5 weeks, but the order hasn’t been delivered. Finally, the seller replied and told me that I needed to pay additional $20 in order to pick from the post depot. Awful, because no one warned me about such problems, delays and additional fees. This information might be very helpful for other people.

Placed my order On 20/06/2014 . The order has still not been delivered until today this is not reasonable time and not logically .I checked several times them .
They dent know where is the shipment exactly ! And they do not want to admit it!

Fake perfume
A couple of years ago, I bought a perfume, the 'Madame Rochas' by Rochas. The perfume I received smelled like nothing like the real Madame Rochas. It must had been FAKE. The price was lower than the retail price. But I thought that was because it was sold online. I complained twice, but never received an answer. So beware of this company!

My product did not deliver to me
I bought a cosmetic product from strawberrrynet.But they did not deliver to me. Their warning message(We are temporarily not accepting orders shipped to Turkey) on website inserted in a few days after my shopping. I want to take my money back. Authorized staff of strawberrynet say that when they take their product from post service, they will give my money back. I have not taken my money back for two months.

I went to order a product and pay through paypal but did not click submit the first time, the second time I did pay for the product, unbeknown to me I placed 2 orders and had paid for 1. I got an invoice asking for payment for the 1st order. I asked Strawberry net to cancel that order as I had place another. I waited over a week for the paid order to arrive...still waiting. I've waited 2 weeks and am still getting invoices for the cancelled? order. I have asked for a refund and filed a claim through paypal. Strawberry net dont' even reply to paypal mail! They have my money and are now telling me it takes time to refund money! Loosers
