I've been using straight talk service for 5 years now and decided to upgrade to the unlimited $60 plan 4 days ago. There's no way I've used more than I usually do to get it shut down to 2g. I've never had the amount of uncooperation and horrible customer service that they've provided. Never switch to them, they will steal your money and claim to give you their best, it's all a sham. If they could refund my $60 so I can switch to a more caring and reliable service then I'd be happy. Ill be no longer using them and letting them take my money, and everyone else should do the same. Screw you staight talk, the worst service EVER.

The data we buy 45.00 cards my husband and i have been with straight talk fo years and it had gotten horrible as soon as we renew out time the data is so slow u have to give up...this has to change if fill we have been rippep of hundreds of doars by straight talk
Also never could get sd card for phone bought 2 none worked

Sad part is also says unlimited data but its not they turned my data completely off cant connect unless i drive to town i use my phone for business that is why i bought unlimited plan
