Pizza Hut deals and promos at the bad axe michigan store

I sat a my computer for 2 hours trying to order pizza for my family and using your promo codes that obviously don't work in my Bad Axe store I was very unsatisfied with my experience with your online ordering I called the store ask them if they would help me they would give me no assistance I have online codes and our store refuse to accept them Not only was I on your website for 2 hours trying to order pizza for my family and I went to Hungry Howie's where was cheaper and easier to order online and they took my promo codes Thank you very unsatisfied customer. Pizza Hut manager / store service

Manager busy on cell phone, forgets customer is waiting for order, bad service. Arrogant manager, real need to clean place and send someone from corporate to find out what is going on. Never buying from Pizza Hut and will tell all my friends never to go there again.

instead of apologizing manager was dismissive and rude. Pizza was a result cold. will make sure to put bad reviews online and call my credit card company.

Pizza Hut customer service

My family has always loved pizza hut, but here recently have chosen to use another pizza place in our area. The people that answer the phone are rude and don't respect the values of Pizza Hut. I understand everybody has bad days and its hard to sound happy but aleast you can make a person feel comfortable to talk too. And the people answering the phones has not made us feel comfortable about asking questions or explaining the things we want. Please address this matter because like I said enjoy the pizza but customer service is part of the experience.

Pizza Hut salad bar

Today, I went into our local PH. I wanted a salad to go. They were very busy so when there was no lettuce on the bar, I decided that was fine I had some at home. When I got home too finish fixing my salad I discovered that the carrots were rotten. Then when I tasted the sunflower seeds they were rancid!

I called back to tell the manager and he said, "sorry 'bout that".

I just want you to know if your patrons get food poisoning and that hits all the news he will be more than sorry.

If you charge for food it should be edible.

Pizza Hut the service of my food and delivery.

I recently just ordered online. A big box dinner with wings and pop. Well when it was delivered he handed me the big box and a 20oz pepsi. I thought I ordered a 2 liter. Well I infored the driver of the mistake and asked if he could go back and fix my mess up. And I will pay for the extra cost. Because I have a family. And the 20oz is not enough. He told me no he cannot because they're busy... I excepted and delt with the 20oz. Very upsetting. Then he left and I brought my food in. Well when I opened my box. They forgot the bacon on the one pizza. And the other pizza had very little pepperonis... And I order the hottest wings. Which were not hot at all. Very sweet is what they were. I was very dissatisfied with this today. I called the pizza hut and asked if they can just give me a refund. Because 25$ isn't worth all this mess up and a 20oz pop. And they told me I would have to drive up there to refund it. Mind you I have no car. Which is why I had it delivered. So now me and my kids are very I'm happy. I would really like my money back... so how can that happen. I mean we ate it. Because we really had no choice. So what options do I have?

Pizza Hut waited for our pizzas more than an hour and it was never delivered no one rang us.

Put a online order through at for 3 pizzas and 2 sides at 22:52pm on Tuesday night the 12th of June 2018 at Mangere Pizza Hut the person who took the order told us it will take 30 minutes to an hour to arrive . We never received it till 11:00pm. as well as no one called us . so we rang back around 11:00pm. after minutes waiting for someone to pick up
When I rang the store in mangere center one staff member told me there was only one driver and that the driver was on the way but the car broke down while he was doing the trip. None the less the person who answered the phone only said this and ened up with a :'sorry Brother, next time you order we will give you a free side". . but no one bothered to call us to let us know untill we rang . I order the Pizzas and side as my car is broken down and have no transport to go for food on that day now the fact that no one bother to call us back to tell us no one was going to deliver the order left us with no other choice than trying callin out other restaurant but even on munu log at 11pm no restaurant we open or available for deliveris . I had to walk aroun 11.30 pm in the heavy rain over to the BP for my family and I to Have food once I reach to the BP they only had 2 pies left, that all we were left to share on that night..!

It is so shame that this night not only we were left starving but we were called brother and offered free side for our next order, when really what we needed is our order to be delivered or some at least to have the dignity to call us and tell us what had happened so we could arrange something else before everything closed .

Now the next day Wednesday the 13th of June between 11pm and 2pm i went over physically to the store in mangere town center asked to see the Manager and explained the whole issues that we had to go through but the Manager said that he was going to investigate and call us in the evening that same day or the next days . Its now been several days and I havent recieved a call or any action has been taken from this issue!

Very very angry and dispointed .
Never again from Pizza Hut.

Pizza Hut pizza

I called to order a small thin and crispy cheese pizza and they advised that they do not make small thin and crispy cheese pizza's that they could take a medium and cut in down to size but the charge would be more. I have ordered small thin and crispy cheese pizzas for years and now we have to go to casey's pizza. Can I ask why and I would like an answer not a coupon.

Pizza Hut calling to place an order

6/10/18 . I called the pizza hut in the rising sun plaza in Phila. The lady answer an asked me to hold. I said ok. 10 mins later I realize she didn't come back to the phone so my friend called to see if he would get the same respond. An he did. So I hang up my phone an called the Pizza Hut located at 66th and Board st Phila. The guy answer and took my order. We drove there to pick up the order while still holding on the phone for the rising sun store. Only to see the guy putting the pepperoni on the pizza with his bare hands no gloves. I just walked out the store. Today again I called the rising sun store to order. The " Manager" answer an asked me to hold. I said ok. 7 mins later am still on hold. So I drove to the store while still have the phone going. I walked in only two customers and two employees in the store. I asked her for a complaint form and she stated they don't have one an asked what was the issue. I told her since I called Sunday and today an I have been placed on hold an no one ever come back an retrieve the call. She stated can't you see how busy we are. I said you have two customer and even if you was that busy you could have come back an asked me to hold instead of having me hold that long. Her respond was am I going to order or not cause she is busy. So unprofessional. I will NEVER go to a Pizza Hut again.

Pizza Hut delivery

I always order online and I don't have large or complex orders that I place. I received a ext update at 3:20p saying my order was out on delivery it is now 3:59p and my order still has not arrived. Keep in mind my local Pizza Hut is legit less than 5 minuets up the road from me. I'm not one to normally complain but they is absolutely ridiculous and very upsetting to me being the customer. I feel like compensation or some sort should be done here.

Pizza Hut food on buffet

I took my 4 kids to eat at buffet in Elm Grove WV on 6/13/18. There was no regular cheese, pepperoni or just sausage pizza on buffet. My young children dont like jalapeno peppers, onions or mushrooms. I asked if they would make something plain. After about 20 minutes they did, but there were a lot of construction workers on lunch too. Where we were seated by the time the 1 plain pizza came up, it was taken. I asked again, and i was told if they had time. I did not eat infront of my youngest 5 year old, but the others ate some noodles. Waited 40 minutes and didnt want to wait any longer. Was told they cant control what is put on buffet. Really? They did a discount for 1 child and i still paid over $20, and they werent very nice about that. Wasnt offered refill either. At least we got a drink of something. Just horrible service, then had to take kids to wendys to eat something.

Pizza Hut pizza and service

I called at 9;02 pm and ordered a medium pepperoni hand tossed pizza and two garlic butters. I was told it would be delivered in about 30 minutes. The pizza was delivered at 10:00 pm it was cold, and looked and tasted like it had been sitting for quite some time. It tasted awful, I have previously ordered pizza from the same location and it was usually too hot to eat when delivered. I ate one piece and decided to call the store with the issue. Trinidad is the name of your team member I spoke with after telling her about the issue her response was ok. That really upset me I told her it was not ok and at the very least she could apologize. She said I have to find someone to deliver it. I told her that was not my problem and asked to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager. So I asked for her supervisor contact number and she said she didn't know it and I could go online and get it. I informed her that I was not going to be inconvenienced any further and that she could look up the phone number. She said she was too busy and had customers again I told her that is not my problem. She put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called back several times before she picked up again. I told her I was still waiting for the phone number, she kept saying she didn't know it. I told her she could google it. She put me on hold again and did not come back to the phone. I called again several times before another lady answered the phone I told her I was waiting for the phone number. I asked her for the other persons name she confirmed that it was Trinidad and I said who's her boss and she said Jesus. Then I said so she is not the manager and she said she's a team leader. I am so disappointed in your food and service. I have been a bar and food and beverage manager and if one of my team ever spoke to a customer like that and allowed food to go out late and cold they would no longer be a part of my team. To say she had to find someone to deliver it is ridiculous. She should never have sent the pizza old and cold. I have attached a picture you can tell it's old the pepperoni is all shriveled as well as the crust being hard and cold. She should have waited for the delivery driver to arrive then made the pizza and called me to explain the delivery would be late. Of course to me customers always come first and I would have either given a discount or would not have charged at all due to the circumstances when the pizza was delivered. I'm retired now but when I was working it was all about repeat business and making sure the customers experience would be the best. There are always issues in the food business but it is the way you handle those issues that's important. I would say she failed on all levels and I will never order from or visit another Pizza Hut ever. By the way the pizza cost $19 and some change and I gave the driver $23. I really would appreciate my money back as I only ate one piece of pizza. I was going to take it back to the store and get a refund but I was too upset after my phone calls to the store. Thank you.

Pizza Hut customer service

-This associate was very rude while I was in the store. She was yelling at the guy in back making pizzas and I approached to pick-up my pizza. She had some issues with me paying for my pizzas by debt card. I inserted my card in the debt machine and she made rude remark about me not moving my card because she already moved it to the next screen. I advised her that she did not have to speak with me that way, but she continued talking in a negative tone to me. I said wait a minute ma'am I'm the customer and you don't have to talk to me like that. She continued to make rude remarks, all the while other clients were in there. I just gathered my pizzas, signed receipt and left out and also left without getting the Pepsi I paid for. Attached is copy of receipt.
- I would request a gift card for this terrible experience and rude behavior of this employee or a refund.

Pizza Hut pizza and breadsticks

I had called pizza hut to have a pizza and bread sticks delivered last week. she took my order and said it would be 45 min. I said ok that's fine. 15 min later she calls back and says it's gonna be awhile b/c the delivery driver was at the doctors with her daughter. So I called the following day ordered the same thing. they said it would be 25 min I said that's fine. Well it took 45 min and my pizza was cold bread sticks were burnt and hard. I called and talked to the manager they said that there would be a credit for $17 on my account. So I tried to use my credit today and they didn't put any credit on my account. I just like for you to know how these people are running the store that delivers in my area. I'm very disappointed and will not be ordering from pizza hut if that's the way they are gonna do their customers.

Pizza Hut im complaining about the poor service in memphis tn. the macon rd. store

This being my second time being dissapointed with the service. I was told a 25 min wait and win i called back to find out what was going on i was told that it was a 90 min. wait time for delivery where the food beimg cold and unable to eat im very pissed off with there sevice and to top it off i only live behind th establishmeant. Boy was i wrong for wanting to try once more.

Pizza Hut pizza hut provo, ut

I ordered the double cheese pan pizza from the Provo, UT location. (Delivery) We get the pizza, the dough is raw in the middle and not just a little. We couldn't pick up the pizza without it falling apart and it was way soft. It was gross. I've had pan crust before and this is NOT that texture. When I called the location we ordered from, the guy told me that the "pan crust is supposed to be doughy and that if it wasn't cooked all of the way then they couldn't have put it in the box." I let him know that I've had pan crust before and that my understanding is this supposed to be the same except with cheese. He agreed. I let him know this is not that. This is raw. His solution was that I drive across town to drop off the pizza and he'd make another. That defeats the purpose of delivery. I told him he could send his driver to do that. He told me he had to send his driver home for the night and had no way to do that and then asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I told him that I'm not paying for raw pizza and that its not my responsibility to drive to that location to fix their mistake. He asked me again if there was anything else he could help me with. I told him he could credit my money back because I'm not paying for a raw pizza. He then told me that his boss won't be there till Tuesday and that's the person that can issue a refund. I asked his boss's name. He told me Mike. I got off the phone. There's no way that a location can mess up on a Sunday (today is Sunday) and deliver a raw pizza then demand that the customer drive to fix it and there's no manager on schedule till Tuesday that can do anything. I'm furious. My family does so much business with this location and they had this big of a mistake and are that careless. I paid for a cooked pizza. If a pizza were meant to be undercooked, and doughy then it'd be in the description.

Update: I called on Tuesday and spoke with the manager. His name is Mike and he's amazing! He went above and beyond to fix the problem and let me know that he's making sure that other customers are not having this issue in the future. He told me it's unacceptable to treat customers that way and it won't happen again.

Pizza Hut pizza hut - north east md

I went to this particular Pizza Hut with my 4 year old grandson to eat. The service was less than friendly. Two of your employees in this very small Pizza Hut chose to go out front and smoke and hug on each other. They stood right there where people had to walk in and out of the restaurant. I believe one was the manager. You could not quite tell due to the lack of professionalism across the board. You better get someone in there to fix this place. It has potential. The pizza barely had sauce. It was a bad visit. Ironically, my receipt did NOT have the survey attached so this is my last resort.

Pizza Hut pizza hut store #2759

I worked at Pizza Hut from October 20th, 2017 to May 20th, 2018. In the time I worked there, I ran into some of the usual stuff (people not showing up, people treating customers with Disrespect, allowing subpar product leave the store after verbally arguing with the customer), but what I really want to talk about is the fact that I was forced out of my job due to being physically threatened by an employee named Paul Frovarp. Paul threatens multiple people on a daily basis, telling everyone about how scary he is, and I told management about it. Nothing was done. I brought my complaint to my GM, Chad Pearson, after the incident on May 19th, which Chad was standing 10 feet away and pretended to not know anything about what happened. After telling Chad repeatedly that I'm not comfortable working with him. Chad said go home, I will get this handled, I'll call you later tonight to let you know what happened. The next morning, I received no phone call or acknowledgement, I drove by, and Paul was still out delivering. I called the store, and nobody would answer. I messaged Chad directly, and he ignored the messages. I have spoken to other employees and managers and they told me I was crossed off the schedule without an explanation. I lost my job that I was actually intending on moving up the Pizza Hut ladder so to speak. I have worked at Pizza Hut in MT, ND, and MN since 2009. I am a good employee and I do my job. Very disappointed in Leadership of Store 2759.

Pizza Hut online ordering

I've been a faithful customer for many years but as u will figure out I will never buy another pizza from ur company again, after i get the free one owed to I've used code TEOMED3T6 for yrs now, i have bought 3 pizzas in the last week for example, and raise the price of pan pizza a dollar lol, so I'm done Im not mad just going to papa johns and little Ceasars and Giovanni's, they don't change anything like ur company, thks but no thks

Pizza Hut food was terrible

Went in Pizza Hut and ordered two med Pizza's, also ordered 6 wings. The pizza was bad it was over cooked and had very few toppings, and also no sauce. The wings came out six little flat wings with cold sauce just dumped on them, no drumsticks. We sent the wings back. We paid for the pizza but only ate two pcs. each it was that bad. This was dinner time and the place should have been packed but there was just us and two other people, so we should have known. The wait staff was friendly but the food was close to being the worse Pizza we have ever eaten. The Pizza Hut is located on East Main St. in Spartanburg SC.

Pizza Hut time management

We walked in and was seated within five minutes. The host took our drink orders and we then received them. Then she took our order. Fifteen minutes went by and she came back stating that it would take a hour for our pizza to be completed. Ridiculous. So we paid for our two drinks and a salad. There should of been communication from the beginning! Very upset with this. Not the Pizza Hut experience we are use to in the Branson area.
