Stonefield Mfg. / Guarantee STINKS

I purchased for my wife as she has minor trouble with pimples and this unit did not work as stated on website. The unit tips had damage to them also. I contacted company via e-mail and was told guarantee is for exchange only no money back. I have read the guarantee again and again, I do not see any release without refund.

If I can prevent anyone from buying one of these units then I feel okay about losing my money. I just hope the owner reads this and has different dealing in the future. I was accused of trying to cheat them out after using unit then wanting to return it, NOT the case. I just wanted something to help my wife and purchased a big headache instead.

I order the acne extractor from Stonefield Manufacturing on July 20, 2013, and my PayPal account was debited for the amount of the order on that date. I had not received any kind of confirmation from the company, so wrote to them on July 28 requesting estimated shipping and delivery dates. I received a reply on July 30 that they had no record of my order, and that they also had no record of my payment. They tried to blame Paypal for misplacing the order. I had to send them a copy of the PayPal transaction before they'd do anything. I sent the information July 31 and received a reply on Aug 1 with a half-hearted apology, this time blaming the error on the "companies of processing". I received the device about two weeks later, and was completely disappointed in my purchase. It looks like a medieval torture device and leaks oil everywhere.

Today, Nov 18, I received a shipment notification for the same device, with a shipping name and address I do not recognize. I contacted the company to deny placing this new order and stressed that I have no connection with the shipping address listed. The reply received was that they sent the device due to my complaint of not having received my order, and that they would refund the shipping cost if I return the device. Really?? My complaint was almost 4 months ago, I already received the device (which was a joke), and I have no connection with the address they're shipping to - but I'm supposed to return it? My concern is that my PayPal account not be charged for the device again, but I'm getting no assurances of that.
