Was going to their Runnemede location but Romano told me i can save sales commission by dealing with him

Went back to shop no one spoke english and i do not know spanish
Called for refund romano said he will come out he came out and just wanted to measure not template ask for $ 1000 to start job not contract nothing om writing i said no
He said i would lose deposite
No counter No contract No return deposite
Found from attornet general web they are unlicenced and not insured
