Steve's Tree Services review: cutting down trees on my property

I hired this co. to cut down trees on my property and the agreement was: to cut DOWN 4 trees and leave in manageable pieces, so I can later stack them and haul away. What he did was, one tree was left standing at least 12 feet, another tree was left 4-5 feet and two others were 2-3 foot stumps. All the pieces that were cut were partially thrown down a bit of a hill which was hard to get at and most of these pieces were 2-3 feet long. Too big to pick up and too heavy. This was not manageable pieces. He said he would come back to finish after I complained to him that this is not what we agreed upon. He did not come and I had to hire someone else to finish the job. I think he should reimburse me for the extra expense out of my pocket. I am retired and once again the older people get shafted.
