Sterling Developers / Poor quality construction

I had purchased a flat at "Sterling Brookside" which is on ITPL main Road, whitefield area from Sterling Developers. I had purchased from this builder based on their previous reputation on quality of construction on their small projects. But I will tell you this builder is not professional to manage big projects like Sterling Brookside... and we are the residents at Sterling Brookside are the unfortunate residents to chose Sterling Developers based on their previous reputation and thy had used this reputation as a opportunity to make money by giving lowset quality construction. Firstly they delayed about a year by giving the possession with out the full facility. Also they didn't compensate to the customers for the delay... and I found most surprisingly is that they are not at all customer friendly in fact we have not been treated like customers at all..The have deviated from their BDA approved plan on STP (Sewage Treatment Plant), Parking Lots, building construction and now we residents have to pay a lot of price for that. Their quality if construction is pathetic as within 3 months of our stay, in almost all flats the water seapage/leakage can be seen in roof, walls etc. The big cracks also can be seen in the walls. Not sure how till today, this builder fooled to the customer with so called best quality construction. Honestly, They don't deliver what they promise. So be careful with this builder in case you are planing to purchase any house from Sterling Developers.

    Poor Sterling Brookside residents, Sterling Developers has not learnt any lessons from their previous projects. The have managed to fool sterling shalom residents too. Their plight is written in detail at http://sterlingshalom.blogspot.com . Atleast Sterling Brookeside has a concrete compound wall, Shalom residents have to live with a non existent compound wall.

    Dear Buyers,

    I am one of the friend of an unfortunate buyers of Sterling Shalom phase 2 apartment, whitefield Bangalore.Today is 4th July 2014 and the expetected delivery date of Sterling Shalom Phase 2 was 2013.Sterling Developers is one of the notorious Builders in Bangalore.Lots of digruntled customers already who are the victims of this Developer specially with Sterling Shalom phase 2 in Whitefield.

    Sterling Developers is a mid size developer in Bangalore having many projects.But unfortunately lacks professionalism in terms of the on time delivery of projects and quality as well.When it comes to the cost of their projects they charge very high which is not at all comparitive to the kind of delivery they give to projects in terms of quality and on time delivery.Really pathetic experience for few of my friends who are suffering because of this builder since close to 1 and half years on one of the projects Sterling Shalom Phase 2 in Whitefield.Initially they will speak and appear very friendly but after getting about 80-90% of the apartment money they delay the projects usually by close to 2 years.Even repeated deadlines given by Sterling Management are not met with very very lame excuses to the reasons of delay when during the same time period other developers easily give delivery to projects.Usually they give excuses such as lack of materials and skilled manpower when during the same time other builders have no problem with material and manpower.This shows what consumers have to take such lame excuses from this builder later on once a person has invested with this builder.

    The management including the top management do not heed to the customers repeated mails or calls after they have received 90% of the money.I would say one of the really unprofessional builders i have seen till date and People have to bear the brunt of such kind of builders with big big promises and advertisements especially with the ever increasing prices of commodities people have to bear the EMI from banks as well as Rent as the projects gets dalyed by more than a year.Those who are planning to buy or invest their hard earned money from this builder please be beware of this builder as they appear very friendly at the start but show their real behaviour once they have the money.Please beware of Sterling Developers as they are one of the biggest cheats in the real estate business today!!!

    God sake please do not buy new flat from this builder If you dont believe me please visit their Whhite field Sterling Shalom 2 phase project. This project already delayed by 3 years . Developer suppose to deliver it in 2012 now we are in 2015 and even today no sign of completing this project. AS per him it will take another 1 year to complete this project. That mean total of 4 years delay. God sake Please visit Sterling shalom 1 project and ask the buyers. He has launched many other project in Bellandur, Iblur, and in White field varthur. If u want to stuck with the fraud builder u can go and buy. Please please please visit white field shalom project and do the varification. u will find the reason y i am writing this block.

    Sterling was our first choice when we started to plan to buy an apartment in 2007. One of our colleague referred us to them who had purchased one of their earlier apartments and was very satisfied. Their amenities are very good they reflect their community lifestyle at its best. Have been a Sterling customer since and will suggest my friends too.

    For the last 18 years, we have been living in our beautiful home at "Sterling Park" - one of the early projects of Sterling Developers. Right at the construction stage, Sterling engineers took every care of our needs. It’s a well-designed apartment, three side open, well lit, ventilated and full of positive energy. The internally connected terrace to our apartment has a fantastic view of the Hebbal Lake and to the sky line of north Bangalore. Despite being a relatively old apartment, it has a functional building owner's management association, efficient water & sewage management system, and a maintained central courtyard garden. Nice to live in the iconic building of the area with quiet and simple neighborhood. On the top of it, we have had pleasant experiences in dealing with very friendly team at Sterling Developers.
