They ripped me for $129.99
Be careful, because the company www.stemologica.com is big scam and rip off. I haven’t opened this website and haven’t purchased from them. However, these guys somehow found my card information and used it. They charged me for $129.99 and I have no idea for what really. I emailed the seller, but he of course ignored the message and no one returned this sum back. I really hope that this company would be shut down soon.
Waste of money and got wrong order
I bought one product from the company www.stemologica.com. I waited for the face cream, but they delivered body cream. I didn’t order it and emailed the seller, but he tried to persuade me that they delivered me what I have ordered from them. It was wrong, but when I checked the account, I noticed that they twice charge me. The company rips customers off, so don’t waste money and don’t buy from them.
Fraudulent & Free & offer
I was asked to take a online survery through Google. For doing this I was to be given a "free" gift. As I looked at the offerings after completeling the survey I decided on a cosmetic called Stemologica, which was to be a free gift I had to pay shipping and handling.
Once tha paperwork arrived it seemed that I had agreed to a continuing billing for a product that I haven't even used yet for $149. per month. I emailed the company and asked them to stop the shipping, that I didn't want the product and that this was not what I wanted. They told me that it was too late to stop the shipping, that was over three months ago. Thinking that this was the end of it I received a package two days ago, and not knowing what it was, I opened it. This product had finally arrived and after contacting Stemologica, was told I could get it for an intro offer of $89.00. My attempts to send this back and have them pay for shipping have been futile, so I am warning anyone not to purchase this product, as they are completely fraudlent in representation of their so called offer. Google is just as much to blame for this misrepresentation.

The seller took $100 for the so-called sample of cream
People, be aware that their trials are total scam and rip off. I ordered night cream from them, and it was sample. I paid only for postage, and this company got $5 from me. After that they started to charge me for $100 per month. WTF? I tried to reach them and stop these fraudulent charges, but no one replied to my emails. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
I got an invitation to a short survey about my Internet provider with a mention of getting a free product (pay $5.95 shipping only) after completing the survey. After I clicked on the Stemologica product, I noticed I was charged $11.99 instead of $5.95. I checked the Web & found out that this was a scam. I Immediately tried canceling the order, but they said it was too late. They also mentioned that I had agreed to sign up for auto-refills at $149.95 for each shipment. So, I contacted my Credit Card Co. and asked them to block any future charges from this outfit. I returned the packages unopened with "return to sender" written on the packages. I emailed them & said that I would contact our Attorney General if they didn't cancel my account. Bottom line is that I was out the $11.99. Beware of these phoney surveys - also found that they did a similar survey with Amazon & a number of people got scammed.
