I bought celtics tickets for the january 25, 2009 game from stellar tickets. they promised me my tickets like 2 days after order (i ordered them december 10 2008). I got my package 4 days before I was to go to the game. The package was at my door when I got home, and nobody signed for it because no one was home. Stellar Tickets policy is that your supposed to sign for the package. when i opened the package there were no tickets inside. So i called stellar tickets, but no one answered my calls. So i emailed them and they emailed 3 times and then stopped all contact. I then called fed ex and they left a note under my tracking number as proof. I then contacted the better business bereau to file a complaint, i then filed a dispute with my card company. My company said that i got all of my money back until march 25, 2009 when they put a freeze on my account because they said that stellar tickets has proof that i got and used the tickets. But what stellar tickets does not know is that i contacted fed ex the same day i got the package, and i still have the emails from them.
