Stella & Dot spamming

I have never purchased anything from them and a friend asked me to sign up with them. I made sure not to tick the box that allows them to send emails. I read their privacy policies which they state they won't send emails unless you want them to. Well the first thing I get before even finishing my account is a SPAM content email. Of course there's no where to unsubscribe from it. I contacted their support centre and they said they couldn't delete my account. I kept asking how I could delete my account, they said I couldn't and they couldn't delete it. I told them I was in Canada and would be turning their company in for spamming, not following our privacy laws and fraud (mis-reprenstation). They ended the chat session abruptly. I went in and changed all of my information to non-existent information. Hopefully they still don't have my email address or name.

Stella & Dot necklace

I purchased a charm necklace a few years ago and had to have it fixed twice. It is broke again and I need it fixed or replaced. I have a new sales person and have no idea who it is or how to contact her. I was very satisfied when they replaced it so easily the last two time. I am hoping this will happen again. Hope contacting on this sight will help me to get it resolved.

Stella & Dot subpoena for employment records on jaime allmaras-dob:3/23/1985

Not sure who to contact for status of a subpoena that was served to 8000 Marina Blvd. #4000, Brisbane, CA 94005 to a Rise Hirahara on 9/9/17 along with check 69529 $15. Also, a no response letter was mailed to same address back in December 2017 and no response either! Please be advised that our client needs and has been asking for these records since September 2017!

Stella & Dot Don't deal with this company

Not sure what positive to say. There's nothing. First of all, maybe it's really not about my issue, but the items are overpriced. They don't have a perfect quality, so I don't understand why.
So here's my problem: there's no customer service to be found. At all. I wanted to return my item that arrived broken and what was surely too overpriced. But unfortunately, I didn't reach anyone even though I called, mailed and left voice messages. What a disappointment!

Stella & Dot Warranty is a hoax

For over $60 I expected my Stella & Dot bracelet to last more than a couple of years. The Renegade is a cute style, and from that perspective I was happy. But too bad the quality is so poor. I have very tiny wrists, but the elastic stretched out just from taking it on and off and then broke. Contacted S&D and they basically told me "too bad, so sad".

Well, that's a heck of a warranty and commitment to "delight"! This is really a company that operates with integrity and stands behind their product - yeah, clearly not. Needless to say, new Stella & Dot jewelry is not in my future. Plenty of other options that actually are cute AND can be worn.

I agree, buyer beware, they only let recent purchasers review the products, if you have had it for over a year you can not review the item on their website, they do not last but a few months until the poor quality of the materials show though and just keep getting worse over time.

Stella & Dot I will never buy from them again!

I've bought three items (two bracelets and one necklace) from www.stelladot.com website. I received my order in a timely manner and was pretty satisfied with almost everything. Necklace was ok, but I did not like the bracelets. They looked nothing like pictures on their website and were poorly made. When I contacted Stella & Dot their rep refused to give me a return label and said that they cannot accept the bracelets back only because I did not like them. Another rep I spoke to was quite rude and said that bracelets looked exactly like pictures and that it was only my imagination. That's not a good thing to tell a customer! I was not able to return anything. Will never buy from them again!

Stella & Dot The earrings weren't good-quality, but the seller still hasn't refunded me

I ordered two pairs of earrings from Stella Dot. But after I got the order, I wore these earrings only once. I couldn’t wear them, because I felt terrible pain in my ears. Also, I wasn’t satisfied with the design and these earrings didn’t look the same as on the website. I returned these two pairs and still didn’t get refund. It was the last time, when I have had deal with this company.

Stella & Dot defective merchandise

I purchased the Stella and Dot Bloom ring at a friend's trunk show. I have barely worn the ring and I noticed that a rhinestone is missing. I contacted the Stella and Dot stylist and she told me that "it's not a quality defect but rather a stylish fact" because it's a 'high traffic piece'. In other words its a piece of garbage. Take it from me, save your money and don't waste it on this cheap crap.

Stella and Dot is crap! It's cheap brass, with some bits of silver plating, and some glass or acrylic "stones" if you can call them that when it is PLASTIC! I can't believe that they get good reviews at all. It's a marketing hoopla about some cheap materials made into jewelry that isn't worth a few dollars at most!

Perhaps you caught the ring on something or yours was one of a few with a defect, it does happen even with the highest end jewelry lines. I have had my Bloom Ring for over a couple year and wear it regularly never had any problems and always tons of compliments

Stella & Dot Defective product

I was sold a defective product and informed AFTER the fact that, sorry, all sale products are final sale. They will do nothing for me. All I wish is to have the defective product replaced and select something else because I think this item is poorly designed and likely to break again.
