Steel Mailbox / Scam and cheating
I had decided to buy a mail box for my company and therefore I placed an order on the internet in their site the mail box were very good in pictures so I placed the order and send the information of my credit card. I filled a form for the order and soon I received a email that it was confirmed the amount was also deducted from my account, it was written that the order would receive in 10 working days but did not receive at about 3 weeks so I e-mail them because they did not have a direct number e-mail. His customer service was one of the worst I have experienced. He charged my account twice and told me that he would. He was very rude and then continued to harass me by E-mail. The worst part is I found that he was the owner.I reported to Better Business Beau.It's a shame that there are actual people out there that are able to work or own business and treat customer in this fashion. The E-mail he sent me when on for day, until I finally informed him that I would seek legal advice.
