Stearn & Foster — Mattress sinks

I had bought a king size mattress from Macy's at Cumberland Mall in 2007 in Atlanta, Georgia.

When I saw the mattress at the store it was two sided and when I received it the mattress was padded only one side and the other side could not be flipped due to hard box. I have called your company many times but no one ever bothered to call me back on this issue.

I have other 2 mattress of Stearn and Foster and I was very happy with it but the one I bought from Macy's is a faulty one and is not at all comfortable one and after some times theres' a hump or hole when I sleep on.

Would very much appreciate if you could kindly look into this matter as I paid over $1500 for this mattress and I just have not been happy at all.
