We went through the drive thru and ordered 4 milk shakes and paid 16.50 the cups were only half full with ice cream the rest of the cup was whip cream. Plus we waited for them for 15 minutes. We called and asked for the manager and was told to come in and speak to Charles. My husband went in and the manager got an immediate attitude with my husband. All we wanted was our money back and an apology because we feel that we were ripped off. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have been a restaurant manger before. Not to mention we never received the receipt from our purchase. My husband was told by the manager we understand you work hard for your money but we have to make a living too.

    Did the manager offer any resolution at all? I would be surprised if they had you come in and then didn't do anything at all.
