STCcomplaint about unfair billing pattern of netsim card (unlimited for one month 160sar)

Dear STC Representative, I am complaining about stc billing dept for unfair billing.they stop my internet service last Jan 2017 since the unlimited internet package for one month is finished.i paid the bill via atm service and gave the receipt to them, they told the net sim which i have used is finished and cancelled, so i have to take another new net sim for unlimited offer for one month .Again i went to pay the bill of my second sim they told there is no more payment to be done, no settlement of bill is shown in the system.And they issued another new sim for me for the next one month by telling that my second net sim also cancelled.But when i went today for paying the bill they told i have to pay the bill of all the three net sim cards, which are not yet cancelled, till now they still continue my bill .How come like that since one can issue a net sim card witout cancelling the previous one, none of the staff have any answer for this, and simpky by telling that i have to pay the whole amount of three sims of all these months, .Kindly do the needful as soon as possible since they didnt cancelled our netsims yet, each day they are adding bill for all these sims even though the sims are not working
