SPARE KEY NOT GIVING TO ME I PURCHASED A 2010 CHRYSLER JULY 4 2011 AT STATELINE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE MR. DUBOSE WAS ASSISTING ME AFTER EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED MR. DUBOSE HANDS ME ONE KEY I ASKED HIM WHERE THE OTHER KEY WAS HE TOLD ME THE CUSTOMERS THAT HADTHE CAR BEFORE ME JUST RETURND ONE KEY I STATED THAT I WAS TO HAVE TWO KEYS HE TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL THE OWNERS THAT HAD THE CAR BEFORE TO SEE IF THY HAD THE OTHER KEY OR IF THEY WULD RESPOND HE TOLD ME IF THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT OR WOULDN'T RETURN IT HE WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR GETTING ME ONE HE STATES HAD THE KEY WAS EXPENSE WELL THAT SHOULD BE FOR THE DEALERSHIP TO COVER I ALSO CALLE ONE OF THE OTHER MANAGERS KELLY AUSTIN HE WOULDN'T RETURN NEITHER OF THE TWO CALLS I MADE I LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THE LADY THAT ANSWERS IN COMING CALLS TO THE DEALERSHIP ALL I'M ASKING FOR IS THEY KEY THTA I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED I FEEL THIS IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I'M HAVING TROUBLE GETTING A KEY I SURE HOPE NOTHING ELSE HAPPENS I NEED A SPARE KEY WHAT IF I LOOSE OR LOCK THE ONLY KEY I HAVE TO THE CAR THEN WHAT ALL THE LOCKSMITH AND CHARGE THEBILL TO STATELINE CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE JUST BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME WHATS DO TO ME THIS IS REALLY A BAD LOOK ON THE DEALERSHIP THIS IS NOT A GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS SHOWS HOW MUCH MR.
