I have filed legitimate complaints on judges and attorneys. Judges and justices are simply elected lawyers that fill a position. I have seen cover ups and conspiring at all levels of the Arizona judicial system. What is their purpose for tax payers. The Arizona state Bar only targets Whistle-blowers that look out for Whistle-blower citizens... don't worry if a congress woman can be removed it is only the beginning. I will soon start releasing info to prove unethical acts at all levels of the Arizona judicial system. Proof of racism and violating laws pertaining to disabled military service members..

Im concerned: We are lossing our home and our attorney was served a letter about the home and the right to question the action.
Now I have lost the right to protest.

I am 80 and we filed BK-13 and our attorney is a Nice polite man. but I feel he just knows BK and does not want to upset anyone.
So will we be penalized and homeless ?

Maret Vessella a know it all [censor] who is somehow has been put in charge of overseeing complaints against other Attorneys at the State Bar of Arizona, as the "Chief Bar Counsel". Problem with Maret Vessella is that she does not protect the public from unethical and rogue Attorneys. No! Maret Vassella defends to the hilt all the Attorneys no matter what unethical or criminal actions that they have committed against the public.

Maret Vessella goes to work looking all nice, sitting at a desk and lots of bla, bla and bla, then gets a good payday for really doing nothing at all but chatting and coming in to sit in an office and do other superficial non-consequential things. At the end of the day the public is being severely hurt by some bad apple Attorneys and this vicious Maret Vessella goes out on a limb to defend these bad apples. Why should a person with a piece of papers stating they are an Attorney carry more weight than a hard working American who does real work for a living? This is just disgusting what's going on at the State Bar of Arizona.

Maret Vessella refuses to do her job, as she just wants to sail through get her time in and not make any waves, instead of doing her job and defending the public from bad Attorneys. Maret Vassella is obviously corrupt to the core and simply cares more about receiving her paychecks and keeping things quiet than doing what is right for the public.

Having people like Maret Vessella in charge of the State Bar of Arizona is like having the Wolf guard the Hen House. Maret Vessella and her close circle of cohorts are abusing the Offices and their power to defend Attorneys who should be disciplined and are not doing their job to defend the public.

Maret Vessella a real dirty and unethical person running the show at the State Bar of Arizona.

WENDY K LANCASTER WAS DISBARRRED FROM PRACTICING LAW IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA AFTER THE ARIZONA STATE BAR RECIEVED A LETTER THAT I WROTE EXPOSING HER ILLEGAL, IMORAL AND UNETHICAL HANDLING OF MY DIVORCE DECREE. UPON FURTHER INVESTIGATION INTO MY CASE, THE ARIZONA STATE BAR AGREED THAT MS. LANCASTER HAD INDEED CONDUCTED HERSELF IN A MANNER IN CONFLICT WITH THE STANDARD OF PRACTICE OF A RESPECTIBLE ATTORNEY. EVEN THOUGHT SHE HAS BEEN LET GO, I CAN'T HELP BUT WONDER WHAT MY NEXT STEP SHOULD BE. WHY DID THE JUDGE ALLOW MY DIVORCE TO GO THROUGH WHEN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS WERE CLEARLY ILLEGAL? WHO ELSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MY FINACIAL LOSSES. THE JUDGE? THE ARIZONA STATE BAR? THE STATE OF ARIZONA? ANY COMMENTS OR ADVICE WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
