Starz Entertainment starz on demand

First of all you are missing three episodes in season two of Outlander. You only have ten. Why?

Secondly, you still have not posted episode three in season three. It is still not avaiable as of today.

I paid for Starz just to watch outlander.

Please let me know why you are missing the rest of season two.

Starz Entertainment starz encore westerns; programing.

I am a directv customer. I'm complaining about the program selection for SE Westerns. I'm tired of watching the same "Classics" over and over. Many of which are dark and depressing. Sergio Leone westerns were popular because they were ahead of their time and starred Clint Eastwood, not because they were good. John Wayne made close to 100 westerns. You keep showing the same tired few. Saturday and Sunday mornings 7am-12noon is a great place for Gene Autry era movies, not 3am when most of us 'old timers are sleeping. Variety. Why would you show the same movie 10 times in one week, and then the nest week do the same? It's like you're treating them as 'new releases making sure everyone gets a chance to view them. I think you should target the many more who have seen them. And seen them. Over 1000 westerns have been made. Even a not so good movies are better than that's been aired 10 times in the last month.

Starz Entertainment subscription

I subscribed to the free trial you guys offered, which was a week long, and decided it didn't offer much so 2 days later, I canceled the subscription but was still charged today. I called customer service several of times but there was no answer, I even stayed on the phone for 25 minutes without a response. I would like a refund for the $8.99 I was charged.

Starz Entertainment payment

I signed up for a free trial of Starz. I did not see any benefit to keeping the account so I cancelled the account the last day of the free trial. Despite cancelling the account I was still charged for it. I was then charged a month later. I have contacted the company several times and have been mistreated. The company has charged me twice for an account that no longer exists. They are refusing to refund me my money that they have clearly stolen. I want the money refunded since this is the company's fault.

Starz Entertainment streaming service

Called to speak with a representative in regards to cancelling service. Rep hung up the phone on me. Finally got a rep on the line the second time and spoke with a supervisor. Their level of customer service is down right disrespectful. They have no remorse to their customers whatsoever. Any other company would have apologized for that employees behavior and tried to make things right in any way, shape, or form... Starz on the otherhand doesn't care and just takes your money.

Starz Entertainment the stars program

I signed up for the 7 trial the month of july I the first week and cancelled but o am still getting billed i spent three times trying to contact customers Service and spent anywhere from 10 min to 30 mins waiting on someone to answer about this matter and still don't have this resolved. Please cancel my membership n refund my funds back to me this is not professional not to get in contact with a person to resolve this issue. Thank you

I signed up the the 7 day free trail and this day, I canceled because I immediately tried to cancel. However, each time I call I am on hold for an hour.
I need to cancel ASAP and believe that the non response is intentional on the part of STARZ.

I signed up for the 7 free trail period and on this day Aug. 20, I tried to cancel but each time I call I am on hold for at least an hour. I need to cancel ASAP. I have never used the service.

I tried to cancel the starz app downloaded by Google play store but there was no subscription yet I was charged 8.99 can u return the funds. I also had a very hard time contacting your customer service number, they hung up on me while waiting 11+ mins x2 calls. I am a optimum customer who has starz via my cable service. thank you have a great day bye...

Starz Entertainment banners...

Rude, rude and really rude!
The only channel to show no respect what's so ever for all the
people involved in filming movie or series shown on your
channel. Who the heck cares what's on next. We have a guide!

I get so disgusted I don't even care to watch your movies, which by the
way are not so good. Encore had much more interesting older films.
I am told you own Encore, so what happened?

Yes, Starz is part of a package with Comcast, however I choose not to
raise my blood pressure with the anger I feel when your silly and rude
banners come up with what's on next.

You are not only insulting the cast and crew, you are insulting the viewers!

Since I have all the premium channels available, I, at least can skip
through your programing with the ease of my remote. Oh, least I forget
I had the same issue with Encore. However I did watch films, but just
turned off when banners popped up. But your films now...are sad
choices.

Very poor programing Starz period!

Starz Entertainment 7 day trial subscription

I decided to try the 7day subscription and I cancelled subscription before the seven days ended and was billed $9.71. I contacted customer service and explained the situation I was told I had two subscriptions one through my android and one through a computer and only one was cancelled and I would have to cancel the other one through the computer. I explained to her that I didn't even have computer access so that made zero sense yet she was adamant that I still owed the 9.71 that I was charged. I informed her that I wanted to make it perfectly clear that I no longer wanted any starz services at which time she informed me she would send this "other" account to another department to have it deactivated. That was on 7-20-17 I was just charged another $9.71 on 8-03-17. I demand a refund! Your practices are unethical. I will be contacting the BBB because this is not okay. You cannot force someone to continue to pay for a service they do not want.

Starz Entertainment incorrectly billed

I subscribed to the 7 day "free" trial for STARZ and I cancelled it the day before I was going to get charged and they still charged me the $8.99. I have been back and forth through email and all I want is a refund of $8.99. I am so aggravated and then when you call no one answers the phones so you can talk to someone! I wouldn't recommend subscribing to STARZ! I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of this isn't resolved today as it's now been over a week and no refund and I can't even watch STARZ because it was cancelled!

The same has happened to me
although I didnt have any knowledge of the company or what it did. It just had the nerve to dive into my bank account without permission to steal twice (28th June and 28th July)- My name is Celia Hubball and my email is cebu@live.co.uk- I have written 4 times and begged to have my money returned, absolutely disgusting company, has no concern of over who they scam- I am going to warn as many social media sites against them and to watch out for them stealing from pensioners bank accounts. They just keep saying it is being dealt with when in truth nothing is being done. A complete and utter fraud set up!

Starz Entertainment incorrect billing.

I am HIGHLY disappointed in Starz service. They have a " first seven days free trial " and they bill you on your seventh day which is false advertising. I was/still am unable to watch Starz on my computer, so I am being charged for a service I cannot even use and they are not trying to refund me my money. I do NOT recommend this service! I have been emailing with no responses, and calling to get no one to answer the phone. This service is TRASH!

Starz Entertainment incorrectly billed

I opted in for Starz Free 7 Day Trial on Monday Jul 10th.I cancelled the subscription of July 16th, and it said "Cancel now and still access until Jul 17th." I did just that, but it still charged me. I do not wish to use the subscription, and I want a refund. I've always been trying to call the company, and it is hard to get through. I was honestly charged before the 17th.

Starz Entertainment advertising during movie credits

We just finished watching "passengers" which has some fantastic and beautiful special effects during the credits. We were unable to see these, however, because we were forced to watch a commercial for a violent movie - a commercial we have been forced to see over and over. We don't subscribe for this type of "entertainment". We keep feeling cheated by this type of advertising and do not like it. This also cheats all of those mentioned in the movie credits who deserve to have their advertising shown instead. Please discontinue this practice as we find it very offensive.

Starz Entertainment encore tv premium channel movie censoring

I love Encore. Premium TV is likely in a state of "super-flux, " as standard satellite/cable companies scramble to deter customers unplugging due to high rates. I mean really--does anyone recall, all TV used to just cost the price of electricity? Now companies like Hulu, charge living-wage rates for endless viewing--customer choice--and zero to minimal commercials are sacking up premium channel audiences. Fortunately for Starz/Encore, the "newbies" don't have the movie line-up/inventory, so many customers are remaining "loyal" to you because you offer diversity in viewing. HOWEVER! I don't understand WHY I'm watching Encore's presentation of "Black Sheep" (1996), starring Chris Farley, and his line in the police car to get to his brother is CENSORED?!? WHO says "I just JUNKED in my pants"? Come on Starz! You ask for big money from customers with your packages, for example Dish and Direct. How about showing UNEDITED movies, for which customers pay, and fewer, infinite repeats, for which customers pay? Employ a person to check the presentation before releasing same on pay-TV, so customers aren't required a degree in lip-reading to "hear" original, unredacted utterances by the actors?
What do I want for resolution? RUN THE ORIGINAL MOVIE, and stop charging inflated rates to watch censored versions. Did you think customers wouldn't notice?

Starz Entertainment starz encore westerns channel 940 on at&t u-verse service - wrong aspect ratio

Starz Encore Westerns is broadcasting SD content in the wrong aspect ratio on AT&T U-verse Channel 940. The content is stretched and distorted - and unwatchable. I have been trying since May 29th to get someone - anyone - to revert this channel back to the correct SD aspect ratio. AT&T sent a technician to my house on 6/21 and he confirmed that it is NOT my TV. The Starz Encore Westerns channel content is unwatchable in its current distorted stretched out state. After an hour where the technician was trying to work up the chain of command within U-verse Support, he was told to tell me "Not our AT&T problem - call Starz". AT&T and Starz have a contract and the content on this SD-only channel is being broadcast in the wrong aspect ratio. There is not an HD-equivalent for this channel. It is SD only. It needs to be broadcast in SD format. How do we get this fixed? HELP!

Starz Entertainment programming

Get your act together...
I love starz and I would be among many who would make you number one in premium broadcasting, but who ever is in charge of your program line up is either lazy or just inept. Step out of the pack and do something original like offer decent movies. Stop playing the same old stuff over and over again. If you run a movie with sequels play them back to back. Stop making it difficult to follow a series rerun by making us hunt for the next episode. Block buster reruns like outlander should have a bigger bang than one day a week. Ending black sails when the historical theme had so much to offer was a big disappointment. The white princess is doing well but the script is weak and lacks character building. American gods... What where you thinking. It's junk. Three episodes and i'm still looking for the story line.

Should your network decide to air the propaganda show, “Making a Killing: Guns, Greed, ant the NRA”, again, I will cancel my subscription to your network and do anything within my power to upset your subscribership. This thing is full of lies and deceit. I can prove it to be so. Your network used to be the best in my line-up. What happened? Do not let a few bad apples in your organization, spread the lies, trying to influence the uninformed or the just plain dumb.

So we only wanted a sesh and listen to some bangers but obviously we're having a laugh and have been listening to the same 5 tunes over and over again. So personally as we are wanting to be on planet tomway it is impossible! Ps sort it out please.. Then we'll be on a the planet we need to be but without that rocket it is hard. Would like this to be sorted immediately

Starz Entertainment inadequate closed captions for white princess tv series

I receive starz thru my optimum service and have never had to complain. This is a first and I hope you will correct this problem.

I enjoy costume drama and rely on "closed captioning". I viewed the first episode of the white princess and found the lack of closed captioning of dialogue infuriating. Why can other tv programs do so much better in offering this service? Please correct this service and i, and my friends can enjoy your programs.

Starz Entertainment tarz android app

Back in february I tried to subscribe to starz. I created an account & entered all of my information. Afterwards any time I tried to open the app it would forcefully shut each time. I even tried to subscribe again. I just checked my bank account statement and to my surprise i've been getting charged since february for something I haven't even used.
