I cancelled my free subscription way beforejan 17 and today is feb 18 and my account shows I was charged $8.99 for this app. Refund my money now and cancel the account ! I will call the bbb if my money is not back into my account. This is stupid you should have a number we can call for dumb stuff like this ! I just want my money back for the months i've been charged when I cancelled the free subscription already.

I am repeatedly being charged for a subscription to STARZ that I cancelled YEARS ago. I am about to contact our state AG. This had attempted fraud.

After reading all the revewis, seams we all got scamed by Starz . I dont have an acount and the steeling money out of my bank account .

They trick you when you try to cancel. When you hit cancel you have to scroll down and hit cancel again, then you have to hit cancel two more times because they offer you deals and you have to say NO and hit cancel again. Luckily they only got me for $4. Once you watch anything worth watching on the channel it's never worth paying for again because literally nothing ever changes.

Same here, sick and tired of this scam. No replies to emails and no phone to call. keeps charging me after the so called deactivation. Just called the bank to dispute and block this sick company from further stealing. I think they are on the verge of collapse.

Update: Trying to cancel STARZ? STARZ makes that impossible. Here’s the solution;

So I called my bank, specifically the number on the back of the card that was used for the STARZ subscription (-that I canceled but they keep charging me monthly). Call the billing department of your bank, Bank of America billing number is [protected] to stop STARZ from being able to take money from your bank. Dispute the transaction from the source. STARZ is stealing money from people...

Do not “cancel subscription” through iPhone settings thinking that actually works, I did that and was still charged the following month. STARZ will continue to charge you $8.99 monthly through whatever source you ordered it from, I first ordered the subscription through Apple/iTunes. The bank asked if I wanted to stop all money going to Apple, I said no, just specifically STARZ. So my bank account account has a case now, noting my billing disputes with STARZ.

The bank told me they get TEN CALLS A DAY ABOUT STARZ CHARGING PEOPLE WHO CANCELED THEIR SUBSCRIPTION!

STARZ charged me for multiple subscriptions days apart, because I tried to sign into my account. I hadn’t created an account with a username & password, I thought I was creating a username & password to access the STARZ subscription I had already paid for, instead they charged me again. Then somehow I had ANOTHER subscription on top of that at a discounted price for three months.
When you “cancel” they never mention if you have multiple accounts - there’s no information. You cancel the subscription in the settings part of your phone, and it looks like it’s worked.

I would cancel your STARZ subscription, then call the billing department of your bank so they are aware and can not allow STARZ to legit steal money from you the following month (and month after month...) from that bank account. Seems extreme but otherwise you will be robbed by STARZ. Guanteed.

I was charged the other day for STARZ even though I canceled my subscription over a month ago!

If you call [protected] (STARZ) they send you to “Apple” at [protected] (which is not the correct number) and you get Keisha ID #1575 who repeats this random offer to you over & over & over even when you say “No, I do not that, please stop repeating this.” Keisha does a horrible job, I literally had to interrupt her screaming that I said no thank you and stop repeating this offer. She was like this broken robot! I’m calling my bank and seeing if they can just stop allowing STARZ to continue charging me.

I also tried signing into STARZ after I had a subscription and they charged me for ANOTHER account at full price. Then on top of that they charged me for a discounted subscription. This is absolutely ridiculous. STARZ IS A NEVER ENDING NIGHTMARE YOU CANT CANCEL AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANYONE TO HELP THROUGH THE PHONE ECT!

I also cancelled Starz day after I signed up for free trial as few things I wanted to watch.But I am still being charged on my Amex.How can I get them to be stop tried customer service and only get record in and put on hold for ever until disconnected.

Well it’s a year later, but I called my bank and they will not allow STARZ to charge me anymore. That’s the only way I fixed the problem, I also canceled and kept being charged. STARZ is the worst!
