StarterCreditDirect / Vague ads, false email, contact number, automatic withdrawal from checking acct.
As some of the other consumers have complained here, I had 99.00 taken out of my account after applying for a credit card online. I have bad credit, over drafts at the bank, and massive bills, so I could not afford to have that taken out of my account. When I call [protected] I am put on hold for about 10 minutes-several times now over a period of several days, and then I am not told to look up a non-existant website. Please help. My bank says I have to work with the company at this point. They aren't helping so far.
