Starbucks unauthorized closed starbucks cards after loading with $50 each

Starbucks "security" closed both mine and my husbands starbuck's cards only after we added $50 to each. I spent an hour on phone with starbucks customer service - spoke to 3 different people and bottom line is they cannot tell me why our accounts were closed (we did not authoize) or why they are keeping our money and refused to refund. I was even told by starbucks costumer service needed to dispute with our visa credit card company that loaded the 2- $50.00 amounts - $100 total.
My husband and I have been loyal starbucks customers for years and have loaded our registered cards numerous times but never have had this happen.
It is like theft from starbucks - loading cards, and then closing accounts and refusing to refund money. I do plan to dispute with visa and contact local attorney general about starbuck's practices.

Starbucks service

I just want to buy two cups in starbucks which located at fayetteville road, in harris teeter. When I as her for a information about the cups, she had a extremely bad attitude, she didn't know how to register those cups for discount, and she told me that she can't do this, I have buy the same product twice with the discount, I don't know what wrong with her!

Starbucks wrong change

Name of company and location: starbucks coffee, al-shaya morocco s.A. S., sbx airport marrakech
On the 6 th setember 2017 at 08:33 I asked for a pain suisse which marked the price of 1.60 euros. I had a bill of 20 mad (local coin). The exchange is 1 euro is 10 mad, so 20 mad is 2 euros.in this case the employee -55804 hadad h (please see the receipt) should have given me 0, 40 euros or 4 mad. Instead he gave me 1 mad, and starded assisting another client. I told him to give me the pain, the receipt and that the change was wrong. He said the exchange at the airport was different (I had already bought other items and it was exactly the same) and then he game me the pain, the receipt and another coin of 1 mad. The right change was 3, 28 mad. It was a sad behavior to fool costumers it is very bad for the company reputation.

Starbucks beverage

Barista did not know how to make iced macciata, which I asked him to remake. It still was not to my satisfaction. However I could not wait since I had a connecting flight. My worse experience at starbucks.

Starbucks treatment by starbucks employee

I was traveling through dallas airport (august 7th) heading home to phoenix. Since I had a couple hours wait time I stopped at one of the airport starbucks stores near my gate to get a cup of coffee. I typically like hot coffee, but I saw your signs stating you had cold brew and thought maybe i'd have a cup.

I asked the clerk (who was handling the cash register) about the cold brew and could I have it hot. The other employee (I assume the barrista) said it only comes cold. I said I thought maybe I could get it hot, she very condescending and said "it's called cold brew, hence because it is served cold". Regardless of her limitations in how she was willing to serve the coffee, I felt it was very poor customer service to address me in such a condescending manner. I ended up getting a different cup of hot coffee but i'm sure you know I have other choices when I get coffee and i'll think twice before I go to starbucks to get treated in this manner.

I do not expect anything in return for this except to know that you will make sure your barristas not only make coffee but can interact with customers in an appropriate manner.

Starbucks hair on my drink 08/26/2017 from florence & marsh store in redwood city, ca

Complaint: I bought a coconut milk mocha macchiato & some sandwich about 8:30 this morning, 08/26/2017. I was grossed out when I found a long strand of light brown hair stuck in between the cup and lid from the drink that I bought just a while ago. I didn't notice it until I was about to drink it when I got to work 3 mins away from this store. I called them 10x at [protected] but it just gave me a busy tone. Now it's such an inconvenience to leave work again to get a new drink, in addition to the fact that no one is answering their phone as well. I logged into my starbucks app to see if there is a questions & complaints tab but none. Well I don't mean to bad mouth them since i'm a loyal customer but I wish there is someone available from their store to address this issue. Has anyone have a different contact number for them? I also seen some review on yelp with the same issue as mine.

Starbucks highly unmotivated and uninformed staff members

Visited the starbucks location in orlando international airport storeid: mcosta04 august 18 @ 9.04 am. I have to say worst service and crew ever! First it took ms chianti a long time to understand me as I stood in front of the register. I wanted to order a iced cascara coconut milk latte, I tried to show an image of drink on the menu card screen right behind her. She would not understand what I am trying to order. She asked for help from other staff member came from inside. I ordered a small size, I was overcharged for small size. Then I proceeded to wait for my drinks with several others as we watched what appeared to be a bunch of confused sloths wandering behind the counter. It took forever to get my order and when I got it, it looks nothing like it was shown on the screen. I was in the line for 35-40 minutes and my flight already started boarding, I could not wait any more to ask about drink. This lack luster crew! C'mon get those kids some vitamins and some training starting with the manager.

Starbucks strange actions

Their website didn't recognize my password. Due to the instructions, I had to change my password. It worked just once, but then it didn't let me log in. I did the same thing about 5 or 6 times and the result was always the same. I called their support, but they said what I already know, and after this they just blocked my account. I don't know why.

Starbucks stop getting prices from your head

Sometimes it looks like starbucks employees make up prices every day. Just for fun. They are always different: some are more expensive (most of all), some are cheaper. But it's still nonsense. Why can the prices not just be fixed for a couple of months? But the strangest part is that they never give a recept. Maybe it's somehow connected to what they do...

Starbucks the lack of knowledge on preparing the same drink for 3 months

I love cinnamon dolce latte on ice. The starbucks in red wing minnesota hired new baristas about 2 months ago. Each time the drink is not made right. One day barista put regular cinnamon on top. Same thing the next day. I finally told her that's not the right topping, the same barista over and over does not put the whipped topping on top. I'm not sure what the issue is that these baristas can't make the drink. I was so disgusted yesterday I told her she didn't put the toping on.
I have several times wanted starbucjs. Walk in see the baristas walk right out as I did today as well. If I wanted a disgusting coffee on ice I could go down the road to caribou
I have told 2 target managers. They could care less. The customer service is terrible for the fact they have no desire to make a great starbucks drink. Please do something about this starbucks. Thank you

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Are you one of the Baristas that are unintelligent and can't figure out that regular cinnamon does not go on as a topping? Or perhaps the lazy one that believes that providing excellent customer service is outdated?

I agree. I have been buying lattes for years and for the past four months, they have been tasting like milk with a splash of espresso. It doesn't matter which one I go to. Even the Starbucks at the two airports I was in prepared them the same way. I don't know if this is a cost cutting measure, but I don't tip anymore. Every time I go, I think that maybe this time it will be done right. But no, I still am drinking milk with my splash of espresso.
And I would say they believe excellent customer service is outdated. They are the only ones I know who will blog about how great they are and how customers 'suck', but can't do their job properly. I would have been fired a long time ago if I performed like that.

Starbucks orders

I placed an order on appt when I arrived it said it was ready. The girl behind the counter said it was 20 mins before the open and I would have to wait till then even though the app says they open at 6am not 8am. While i'm waiting there is a man there they have already served I even took a picture. I can send the picture if need be. It was very disrespectful the way the woman spoke to me.

I went to this starbucks to obtain a plain, cinn raisin & asiago bagel. The cashier asked if I would like them toasted? I replied "yes, all 3 with butter, please" after I paid for my bagels ($8.34) the cashier turned to a blonde girl and stated my order. She had to repeat it 3 times. (toasted with butter) I waited for my order while others were getting their coffee and pastries. There were about 15 people... As my bagels were brought to the area to pick up, they were called out (asiago, plain etc) I took my items and proceeded back to my gate. While I was standing on the moving sidewalk available in the airport, I checked the bagels and each bag contained philly cream cheese... No butter! I had to wait to finish the sidewalk ride, and turn around to take the other moving sidewalk in the opposite direction back to the store. When I arrived, there were at least 10 people standing in line. Instead of waiting, I went to the area where I picked up my bagels and proceeded to tell the girl who handed me my order what had happened. She just looked at me like I had a third eye on my forehead and proceeded to say something to someone else. The other lady came to me and I repeated what happened. Her reply was "we aren't responsible for what happens at the beginning of your order" I didn't expect that type of an answer! I again, asked for butter and took each pod of philly out of the bags and put them on the countertop. The lady with the nasty reply went to the blonde and said something to her & the blonde rolled her eyes and she placed pads of butter in each bag with a bagel. I was so shocked! Then I was wished a "good day" as I was handed my food order... And I just stood there like... "really?" so I gathered my items and checked them to make sure everything was correct. I made my way back to gate c10 & my family & I had barely enough time to eat because of all of this extra running around I had to do just to get a correct food order and then "rolling of the eyes". My bagel (cinn raisin) was obviously a day old because toasting it made it hard as a rock! Yeah starbucks!

Starbucks lack of employee attention to paying customers in the queue

I was standing in the front of the queue, the man ahead of me was argueing with the cashier. There was only one cashier on duty so another cashier came to assist. The cashier proceeded to ignore me completely, even though I was in the front. She then told me to go away, even though I had not ordered, I stayed, she told me to leave multiple times. I was appauled by the audacity and the ignorance of the employee. I never ordered my drink as I was too furious

Starbucks coffee and service

Yesturday I purchased coffee at 55 e jackson st. I ordered iced hazelnut coffee with cream when I reciebed the coffee there was no cream in it and there was no cream. Tje coffee didnt taste as it suppose to. So I asked the barista jackie to add more hazelunt and cream and she responded rudley that I shoupd have ordered with extra hazelunt which is not true because my sister got the same exacr coffee and it tastes good. And mt coffee was almost black. Im truly disapointed with horrible cuatome service I receieved. Ar the end I paid for coffee that I had throw out to the garbage.

Starbucks how rude the manager of starbucks was

I'm sending you this email regarding an issue with the manager of starbucks the one at 329 justison st, wilmington, de 19801 I want to complaint about the manager and how rude he was to us. We live above starbucks at the residence at justison landing and we are a daily customers, but today I was humiliated in front of the staff and other customers just because I went to the store to get a drink and after that I wanted to enter the door of the building that is attached to the store but the manager start screaming at us and said"your are not welcome to enter that door"and he was so rude about it at that time we did not say anything and we went out side and we were standing in front of the main building door then he came out to us and start screaming and yelling and he accused us of slamming the door and as we all know that starbucks door does not slam because of the holders on top of the doors as he start to insult us and shouting at us and we were really humiliated. Starbucks not the drinks I ordered

I ordered a gr caramel mocha latte (this should be a hot drink) and venti chai frapp, (which is a blended frappe). What I got was a gr frapp blend mocha and no caramel, and an iced chai latte which should've been blended not on ice. Told them the chai is to be in a frapp and not on ice. He couldn't speak well english and kept telling me that my frapp order is on ice, the one I got and ditto for the iced mocha, which was to be hot! He kept arguing that I got exactly what I ordered. Couldn't get anywhere with them, just took the drinks and walked away. Very very unhappy with the order and employee from start to finish!

Starbucks hard to get a simple cup of coffee

It has been consistently difficult to just get a cup of coffee at starbucks. If it happened every once in a while I would understand, but it's every single time. One day there was no line, so I told my friend, "watch this." we stood there as if invisible while the two girls chatted with a customer. I now do it just for fun as I time the experiment. Are starbucks employees trained to be inconsiderate? I always end up down the street at wawa to get a nice cup of dark roast hassle-free. Well starsucks, wawa thanks you.

Starbucks unethical behaviour

I want to make a complaint about the service that I have received from a local starbucks store - romania - bucharest.
On june 27 I came to starbucks (you have the address down below) to order my daily tea, after my order has been taken I asked the sale person just to show me a box of tea (just to look at it – to check the description of the product) and then I give the box back to the sale person, and he just throw it away (actually threw it on his back – just like that). That leaving aside the: welcoming, smile and other good behavior that I didn’t receive from him.
I have to say I have been in others starbucks store and in not one (not just one) I have been treated with this kind of attitude, or with bad communication or not even welcoming clients who wants to buy something.

Starbucks coffee

This company charge me too much for a little cup of cofee! I went in and ordered a cofee and they ask what kind so I ask for recommendation and she said to get something type ice coffee because I said I like it not too plane or sweet and she try to charge me $5! I pay and then got my cofee and I liked it but wanted my money back because for the small amount I got it was not worth $5! This place is a rip off!

Starbucks caramel macchiato

I purchased a grande caramel macchiato on June 3, 2017 at about 12:00pm at the Starbucks on ellerslie and 111 street (James Mowatt location) and when I got home I realized that it was really light so when I opened the cup and used a spoon to move all the foam aside, my cup was only 3/4 full. This is not the first time it has happened to me, I never chose to submit a complaint because I thought it was just a one-time incident but it has happened to me again. This is my all time favorite drink and I don't want to stop ordering this drink. I pay $5.20 for a grande and I am hoping to get a grande size drink. This is unacceptable as Starbucks is an international corporation who is marketing a more than average priced beverage. I am hoping to address this issue so this concern can be alerted to all locations so that this will not happen in the future. I am also looking for a full refund or a coupon for a free drink (I will possibly use it on another macchiato hoping that it will be full this time)
