Starbucks wrong order

I have been having a very long/busy week and decided to treat myself with a starbucks flat white with soy. I try and stay away from Dairy. I have had this many times before and LOVE the drink. I ordered it and the order was never repeated back and no questions were asked. When I got my drink they announced flat white for Katie. When I got to work and tried my drink of course it was not made with Soy. Please make sure your staff is more conscious of this. I did not have time to bring it back and decided I did not want to risk stomach upset so I needed to throw mine out, and had to go coffee free today :(. Just don't want anyone with a Dairy Allergy to run into this.

Starbucks customer service

On August 13, 2018 at 5:22 pm i was going to purchase a caramel frappe from this location however when i told the cashier she told me they did not have it because their machines weren working so i went ahead and ask what they had sinse their machines were not working and she stay quiet but gave me a look like if it bother her to tell me so i ask if she had a strawberry acai and she said yes however during my visit she was giving me an attitude and rude. After my purchase i told her that next time she sould be nice and left. I got very angry and upset because i was with my toddler and she was being very unprefessional and rude i believe that if she doesn't like her job she shouldn't be working at starbucks due to her failure of customer service specially when its in an airport, many people are fustraded and want to feel as comfortable as possible which she also failed to do . Starbucks starbucks sea-tac international airport elsa #383853

What I Liked:

1. The Ice Quad Espresso was at expected quality and taste levels for a SBUX.

What I Did not Like:

1. Cashier was totally untrained and had no clue what she was doing.
2. Overcharged me for the Ice Quad: Charged me for a Americano Venti and added a shot charge adding up to 5 shots for a 4 shot drink.
3. She was unable and the manager was unable to work their own registers and it took a long time, many problems and lots of charge-backs and whatever to get a receipt that charged me for a Venti Americano.
4. I was unable to get any confirmation that I was not double or even triple charged and the store personnel were just clueless and lost in the ozone. There was no apology and she said she credited it back on my mobile account, but there is no evidence of that and no receipt provided as I requested.

This was a mess. The store is out of control and they do not have any training.

You can do better as a licensed store. Store Number SEASTA13

Starbucks my treatment

I went into Starbucks at Ft, Campbell KY and had a brand new smart phone with me. I don't know much about them and started trying to operate the camera. One of the barista's actually helped me and showed me how to take a picture. So I took about 10 pictures and then I left. The next day I went there and was told that the two girl's working when I was taking picture's said I was giving them the creep's and they think I'm going to harm them in some way. They believe I am a stalker and perverted. I was completely shocked and baffled because I work next door and have been going there every week day for 2 1/2 years. I have been nothing but kind to them, and have never said anything off color or offensive to anyone. I help them out a lot too. I have emptied the outdoor trash for them, (they asked me to a lot). I trim and pull weeds around the building. I carry off the empty pallets for them. I take care of the wasp nest and lizards that get in the building and have even fixed a faucet that wouldn't stop running. I never asked for nothing, ..not one penny, not even a free drink or discount. And they never offered. What I get, is defamation of my character and slander. They have labeled very badly in my community. What should I do to get my good name restored and some truth and justice? I'm very upset and haven't slept for day's since then. It happened last Monday on 08/06/2018. What should I do?

I received news this morning from Starbucks agents stating that they are investigating this matter and will be sending another agent to talk with me within 2 days. They are presently at the Starbucks in question and are taking this matter very seriously. You have two members that don't seem to believe me and are replying with negative responses. I didn't come here to argue. I wanted some non-biased advice, and I'm only being ridiculed. I have already spoke with a lawyer today, and she has agreed with me and has decided to handle this Starbucks situation in a court of law. Please remove my comment.

You actually sound like kind of a creep. And hanging around and doing all that stuff just makes you seem needy for attention. Starbucks has employees to handle that kind of stuff. Stop being so creepy and pathetic.

This Starbucks location is dirty, windows are filthy and the barista for the third time in a row made my Grande Vanilla Skim Misto incorrectly. It tasted terrible. I am done with Starbucks. The quality is not keeping up with the prices. These employees spend more time talking to each other than they do paying attention to what they are doing.
I make better coffee.

Starbucks white reusable cup

I bought a white reusable cup from a store in Vaughan last month and it was $2 plus tax. The cup was so dirty when i opened the bag at home. i wanted to buy more but when i asked from the guy for more he replied so rudely in front of customers that they had no more of cheap ones as if i was a beggar...this was so disappointing. i would never prefer Starbucks and would never recommend it to anybody. if you guys start selling two dollar cups then they should be available everywhere or else just donot sell them.

Starbucks unethical behavior

I am writing to you in regards to Starbucks Point 90 branch located in New Cairo, Egypt, as a regular customer with Starbucks precisely point 90 branch I am disputing the lack of management as incident occurred a few weeks ago with one of the barista called Ahmed Gamal as he was being "out of line" and didn't display any sense of decorum while the store manager stood and didn't handle the situation properly. I would like to proceed by also adding another incident which is related to alshaya card which I happen to use for any coffee transaction, however sometimes the internet is down in the store while I do not possess cash most of the time which is why precisely I resort to the card therefore no one can force the payment in such case as confirmed to me previously in one of the store visits by Dahlia the customer care manager, yet it happened constantly in the same inappropriate attitude. One of the lead barista called Mahmoud Hesham interfered in several incidents to handle the situation which successfully happened eventually in a brilliant way! It saddens me to see a once outstanding store turn into a disastrous one due to very poor management. Meanwhile I would like to thank Mahmoud Hesham (Lead Barista), Mahmoud Sayed (Barista) for the exquisite service provided and help offered in addition to serving the best coffee I demand. Lastly I am kindly requesting a brief investigation for allowing such an attitude and poor management to be demonstrated.

Starbucks bathroom

Sunnyvale, CA on Matilda ave/El Camino.
since this year MEN have been going into the Women's bathroom. (the door does not lock and it has two toilets in it).
The sign says Women NOT all genders.
I have run into a man while trying to go into the Women's Bathroom.
I have known someone was in one stall (thinking it is female) and I use the other stall and find out after it was a man in the stall.
I have been in a stall and a Man start's to come in the door but realizes some one is in a stall (since it is the Women's Bathroom) they do not come in and the door closes.
I have come out seeing a guy waiting for the Men's Bathroom to get freed up and directly spoke to him to not be going into the Women's and that the sign does not say All Gender.
Now today shortly after 11AM I am in a stall and someone comes in a I see what looks like men shoes and they go to the other stall and pick up paper up off the ground. I say, is this a man in here? and he say's Yes Mame and then leaves. I see him as he leaves cause the gap at the door is 2 inches wide (which means anyone on the outside wanting to look in can see you sitting on the John). This person work's at starbucks!
I am really Pissed Off.
I do hope you will put a stop to this!
Maybe you should change the bathroom sign to state WOMEN ONLY (when multiple stalls) and All Gender for the men's room

Starbucks explosive mood swing employee. august 1. 11:00 am

S. Federal Highway/E.Broward Blvd in Fort Lauderdale. This was my Starbucks. 2 blocks from my house and I loved getting my Americanos every morning. Loved the staff! Smiles, jokes and personal updates.

You folks hired new people for my Starbucks and they're monsters! I just finished ordering Peet's to be delivered to my house. I'll still go to Starbucks, but no longer every morning and never again to "my" Starbucks.

Molly McMoodswing is a brand new employee. She can't have been working there for more than 2 weeks. Clearly having a very bad morning and she was working the register, in direct contact with your customers. It seemed like the other staff were either waiting for her head to explode or for her to be taken off the register and away from customers. Stressful as hell to be in there. SLAMMING the register drawer. European, ESL tourists just weren't answering her questions fast enough for her liking and she was got louder each time she had to repeat herself, but when she had to ask my name a second time because I didn't hear her ask the first time...Whoa! Time to write a complaint. I got the strong impression that the other employees were too scared to say anything. She and all the customers involved were white/Caucasian.

Starbucks cleanliness

I walked into this Starbucks with one customer in line in front of me and one customer seated that had already been served.

I have been here for nearly 40 minutes and the place is filthy. There is trash on the floor and tables, tables not cleaned, chairs on top of tables, trash dispenser overflowing and flies inside the food area as well as throughout the seating area.

If the store was busy, although not acceptable, but it could be understood.

This is totally unacceptable, especially when there were three employees in the store when I walked in; seeing one employee on her phone and hearing one employee say they were bored.

Starbucks time waited for a latte/customer service

I waited 25 minutes for a latte that I had mobile ordered. The app said the wait was 4-8 minutes. After 25 minutes, I asked for a refund because I had been waiting so long, the barista didn't even apologize or offer to make it. He simply asked what it was and how I paid. He refunded me without a word. This is not the first time I've waited more than twice as long as the app's estimated time.

Starbucks consistencies of making coffee

Does starbuck train there barista to make coffee up to the company standard? I found that every starbuck that I go to and order the same coffee and It taste different. Different barista working in the same Starbuck makes the coffee different. Some makes it good and some taste aweful. For example: I order the salted cream cold foam coldbrew three days in a row. First day was great, I really enjoy it. The whole drink was put together very well. The second day was ok, The barista seem busy so the foam seem like thin and slap on the drink. It still taste good. The third day is the worst. The whole drink looks like someone just threw the ingredients together. It was aweful. I don't even go to the starbuck close to my home. I tried it couple of times and everytime the coffee is aweful. For the amount of money a cup of coffee cost, I feel the quality of a cup of coffee can be better and consistencies of making it shoud be the same across the board.
Disappointment.

Starbucks smores frappe

Hi

I had to wait a whole year for this summer to come and find out there was no Smores frapp being offered. My heart was crushed. That is my favorite and only frappe i love. Instead another caramel was being offered, when you already have a caramel frapp. Since it is a seasonal drink i have to wait every summer to drink it. Please please please please bring it back.

Starbucks filthy tables

The tables at the Starbucks in Valencia airport were filthy with food, past customers rubbish, drink containers, in addition the staff had completely the wrong attitude to serving all the customers, Staff were at no point seen cleaning the tables.
And if something is not done about this I will be writing blogs and articles about how poor the service and well being of Starbucks is

Starbucks "been there series" mug

Although I still think it is wrong, I expect to pay slightly more for food and beverages at chains when at the airport. However, I think it is a total rip off that the price on the label on the bottom of the "been there series" mugs had been crossed out and I was charged $2 more for this item at JFK airport terminal 1 Starbucks than I would have paid down town. I bought the same item in Toronto airport and this was not the case-I paid the same as I would have at any of the other stores. It's only $2 but that isn't the point.

Starbucks carmel mach and coffee frap

The Carmel Mach had no shots, it tasted like Carmel milk and when asked to add another shot we were looked at like we were crazy. The coffee frap was made the wrong size and then when the correct size was received there was also no coffee whatsoever in the drink. We did not get what we paid for and are very under impressed. The customer service was rushed and the drinks were not good at all. Worst Starbucks experience we've ever had.

Starbucks discontinued gluten free egg and cheese sandwich

Around the same time Starbucks conducted their sensitivity training classes, they very insensitively discontinued their gluten free egg, cheese and turkey bacon sandwich. I run and have enjoyed going to Starbucks for years with my friends after a race or a long run. We still go but now I am very limited in what I can eat. I am usually very hungry after a run and miss this sandwich greatly. There are other people out there who are sensitive to gluten but not allergic to it and would benefit from having some gluten free options. Being gluten free is not a fad. Gluten affects me by making me bloated and causing inflammation in my tendons and joints. My doctor supports my decision to go gluten free and to have an option to eat a gluten free breakfast and then take it away is very insensitive to me and to other gluten free individuals who enjoyed this sandwich. Please consider bringing it back or another sandwich similar to it. Thank you!

Starbucks manager and co-worker

On Saturday, July 7th 2018 while in the Woodfield Mall at approximately 5:30pm my daughter began choking on what she was eating so, I sent my son to get some water while her mother and I tended to our daughter.. My son chose Starbucks because it was the closest establishment that would have water.. He ran to the counter and asked the manager "can I get some water because my sister is choking.." The manager told my son that he had to get in line (that had at least 6 customers in it).. My son then tried to explain to the manager that he needed the water now because his sister was choking and mid-sentence the manger turns around and walks off providing no explanation.. My son then ran to me visually as upset as one could be and told me the story.. After a couple of seriously tense moments of making sure my daughter was ok, I then go to the Starbucks and walk up to the counter. The manager knew what I was coming in to talk about because he started to talk to me about it before I said a word.. I voiced my displeasure with how he treated my son and how critical the situation actually was and he gave a half-hearted apology but, then told me a lie during his explanation for why he told my son to get in line. The manger told me he listened to my son and then told him that kids need to get in line when asking for water and that it wasn't until after telling my son to get in line that my son said his sister was choking.. The manager told me once he heard my son say his sister was choking, he started to then go for the water but my son ran off already.. What the manager didn't realize was, my son had already told me what he told the manger which was in one single sentence; could he have some water because his sister is choking and my son was told to get into line. My son tried to reiterate his sister was choking and the manager simply walked away and ignored him.. Let me say this again, the manager told me that he actually heard my son say he needed the water because his sister was choking. So even if my son did run off after he was told to get in line the fact that the manager did not come out of the store with the water to try to help out a choking child is infuriating to say the least... But, that's only part of the story.. During the time the manager and I were having our discussion, his co-worker decided to interrupt and say a few things.. I told him he has nothing to do with this so stay out of it.. He looked at me, pointed to a Marine Corps emblem on his apron and says "you see this, I'll kill you!.."... I then exchanged words with that barista until the manager asked him to go to the back... So my complaint to the manager became partly an argument with the barista.. The manager then threatens me with a call to security and I counter by saying his co-worker just threatened my life so please do call security and we'll see who gets in trouble.. The manager then backed off his calling security threat… It was then the manager began apologizing profusely whereas, only a half-hearted apology was given when speaking about my daughter choking.. I then told him it's ok, shook his hand and walked away.. He did ask me if I still needed the water and I told him no it's too late for that at this point.. BTW, my son is 18 years old and not a young child and happens to be part African American and is on the darker side so, I can't help but to think race had a play in my son's treatment... Not only did the manager show disrespect to my son but also an obvious blatant disregard to a choking child because he did not come out to follow up on my sons request and not to mention my life getting threatened by the barista in the process.. It's one thing to be discriminated against whether it be because of age or race but a whole other thing for a child's life to be ignored for whatever reason the manager had.. All in all, the worst experience of my life.. I'm just glad my daughter is ok and didn't die because your manager didn't want to give my son simple cup of water.

Starbucks poor customer service - reason I am leaving starbucks

I just left the store at 105th Ave & Indian School Rd in Avondale, AZ. Despite being the ONLY customer in the store I still had to wait 10 minutes while the 2 people behind the register had a long discussion about mopping the floor. Then they told me that they were out of coffee (French Roast Beans). The closest other Starbucks store closed down a few months ago... are you guys going out of business? No product, poor training of your people, stores closing, , , sure sounds like a decline to me. You make it very easy for me to switch to a competitor - Dutch Brothers it is! I am sure they will gladly accept my $3, 000/year business. Goodby Starbucks - you were good for a while but not any more!

I received the following message yesterday
"Get 50% off your invoice when you visit your nearest Starbucks! Offer valid on Starbucks Card or mobile app till 8th July, 2018. T&C apply."
It wasn't applied to my invoice when I showed this message to the person at the counter. They said it is applicable only from tomorrow onwards. Thanks for your help.
