Starbucks I was threatened by a starbucks employee at this exact starbucks location 17980 w bluemound rd. brookfield wisconsin 53045

I'm sure all will be on the camera system but I came into starbucks and asked 2 people that were at a table beside me dirrections and their age and iq level played into complaining that I asked well one of your employees came and threatened me told me not to talk to anyone here therefore starbucks is liable for a lawsuit I did not come in to be threatened by one of your employees it would be better just to relieve her of her job immediately I did not deserve to be treated like this its nor professional they should either loose their job or I may just be filing a lawsuit my email is [protected]@juno.com contact me I will be hitting reviews as soon as I can i'm a professional businessman and ive got a pocket full of lawyers in my pocket this experience was very disturbing and upsetting the very first time I ever came into this starbucks please respond soon ill be writing the oweners of starbucks in the morning thanks me curtis bartell is my name this all happened today between 6 and 7 pm the store manager is named kellie allie 2245 bluemound & woefel [protected] email is [protected]@retail. Starbucks mobile app

Twice now I have placed a mobile order ahead of time with ample enough time, my drinks were not ready for pick up. The whole purpose of the mobile app is to order ahead of time and receive your drinks instantaneously, when it's function is not working it is not only disappointing but is an extra disruption to the schedule. I feel when disruptions like this occur there should be compensation for a drink or an offer to make it up in someway neither of these were done.

Starbucks employee behavior

Two employees engaged in sexual activity one of the employees amber baker is married the male was a luke maynor the husband of amber baker found out then chased luke into the back office trying to cause harm the managers in charge did nothing to anyone involved what might happen if they was caught again someone could get hurt I would feel safer if the 3 involved were banned from the property the employees involved work for starbucks and saboros

Starbucks discourteous service

We visited a starbucks on feb. 25 and were treated rudely, if not outright contempt. The server at the counter stared at me with a nasty look on his face. I asked for a grande, he started filling a tall. When I corrected him, he threw the cup down and finished filling my order. When my wife's espresso was ready, the other server said nothing, simply putting it on the counter. It sat there a minute before we realized it was ready. I asked if it was ours, and they mumbled it was, without any hint of apology or courtesy.

Starbucks barista named debbie burns

I walked into 728 walkegan rd. It was 3:48pm. I went to the starbucks in the barnes and noble. I was at the counter waiting in line. There was a 12 year old boy in front of me. The batista, who was the only person working at the time. Asked the boys name he was nervous and shy and did not respond right away. She looked at the boy and said, "I don't have time for this let's call you joe." I said to the boy, "is that your name?" he looked so upset and said, "no it's not, it's sam. I told the women to put his name on the cup. Then I paid for his drink and cookie. I then told the barista that was not ok to condescend and demean a child. Her response was,"well aren't you a sentive one."I then responded by saying."it is not ok to speak to anyone like this, do you have kids?"she said, yes three whatever." I then spoke to audrey the manager. She was nice and said she would talk to debbie. I was then sitting at a table doing work. I overheard debbie telling a customer what a [censor] I was. The women then started verbally attacking me! I told the manger aubrey again what this women was doing.

Starbucks unethical behavior

I went to starbucks this morning and the two young ladies were very rude. The cashier and the key holder (manager) I spend more them $100 a week at start bucks and that will be the last time I visit that starbucks. I wanted to use a reward I have (I have 25 of them) and the cashier had rang me up and gave me a airline discount. I informed her prior to her entering the discount that I was using a star reward. She had to have the key holder come and remove the discount. Then very sarcastically asked me to tell the cashier next time before I make the purchase. I informed her that I did and the two young ladies started talking in spanish. That was very rude. This all occurred on 2/19/18 at 7:39am joanna and the manager were very rude, very bad customer service. That will be the last time I visit that starbucks. The transaction number was 548362.

Starbucks rude for no reason

Just went to starbucks at tysons corner galleria. Have been there maybe 6 times in last 6 months. The lady barrista took my order and asked my name, which in "jim". Upon picking my order, I saw she had written "jrm" like in "germ" on the cup. I went back in line and showed this. She said this is how I spell jim. I asked if I had ever done anything to her to make her be this rude. Oh sorry!

Starbucks language

I submit my molible order around 4pm at the starbucks on rosecrans and studerbaker. I sat down because my order wasn't ready, i'm listening to these 3 girls cursing and talking about they own personal life? They should have a little more training especially when you have customer in the lobby area. I didn't need to know how some girl was a "b[censor]" to her! I will never go there again, I will just go down the block to the next starbucks that has a little more respect and education. I really hope these girls get spoken too

Starbucks service - slow and unfriendly

When visiting family in houston (northside) I frequent 2 locations that are close to my parents (1960 & champions forest and hwy 249 and cypresswood). At both locations, the staff has been engaged in talking amongst themselves on their headset - ignoring waiting customers and unfriendly. I usually order my drinks via the phone app - so I am thinking that the order will be ready when I get there (I usually go inside). Today, 1/25, I went to the 1960 location and the female barista was working on something behind the register - I was the only one in line. There was a gentleman that was servicing the window and another female cleaning out the oven. After taking my order, without staying near the register until the transaction was complete, she turned away from me and continued whatever she was doing. She did not attempt to make my drinks - she was the same employee (wears a knit skull cap) who was working the drinks last week when I came in to get a sandwich. I ordered it via the app and it was not available, she did not apologize for the inconvenience even though I had to stand in line to get the refund $ put back on my phone. I understand that in most cases, the locations are busy with walk in and drive through - but if they spent less time goofing off amongst themselves, maybe the drinks would be delivered faster...

Starbucks employee

I am a regular customer at starbucks in st robert mo 65584. I have been aware of this stores manager (dalan) harassing her employees, yelling at them in front of customers!. I stop there almost everyday, and when she is on duty it feels like a very intense working environment. You can tell when an employee likes/dislikes their job. Most of the employees that I have dealt with are very good, very customer friendly. However there is a difference when the manager is present.
I have been in the workforce most of my life and I know when folks are being abused. There should be no work environment that appears to be a hostile work environment.
I hope that these employees receive some much deserved kudos for being able to work with this manager in charge.
Please intervene and make sure someone in charge knows that this message is from a customer, not an employee, due to reprisals.

Starbucks bad experience with barista at the piedmont avenue starbucks store (oakland, ca)

I was at the piedmont avenue (4098 piedmont ave., oakland, ca 94611) starbucks in oakland ca this afternoon (january 22, 2018; 4:15pm), ordering an espresso drink and bagels. I had a very bad experience with the barista who was making my espresso drink. She was distracted by a customer who was chatting with her, and she screwed up my order. When I brought this error to her attention, she was very rude and told me I would have to wait until she could re-do my order. She then proceeded to make three other drinks before she re-did my order. She then told me I shouldn't be upset that she screwed things up and that I had to wait. When I asked for her name (she was not wearing a tag), she refused to give it to me. I still hadn't received my bagels and brought this to her attention. She ignored me and walked away. I had to flag down another clerk to get my bagels. Needless to say I was very angry at the way I was treated. The rude barista was a woman in her 20's, heavyset, with thick black hair with blonde streaks on top. She has a very bad attitude and should not be working with the public. The other baristas at the piedmont avenue store are usually helpful and courteous.

Starbucks noise

I am a regular at starbucks, which I visit once per week, to meet a relative for morning coffee and snack. We meet at the starbuck's, corner of howe and helmcken streets, vancouver, bc. Unfortunately, the staff behind the counter are very loud in their speaking voices. Also, the music is generally too loud.

In comparison, the starbucks at granville & broadway, vancouver, bc, is very busy, but serene. The behind the counter staff are calm and soft spoken. The music is very low key and unobtrusive. Wow, what a treat it was to have coffee at this starbucks.

I would strongly suggest that the staff at the howe & helmcken street starbucks be guided accordingly, to deliver quieter, calmer service and make sure the music is adjusted, so that customers can have a relaxing experience.

Life is stressful enough and all of this loud chatter and loud music is very distracting to say the least.

Starbucks behavior of the waiters

At 11am, we were simply buying breakfast and the lady there was absoulety rude and appalling. She was clerky cussing at us to the other workers in french, as she knows we do not speak french. She also failed to help us pick a sandwich as we do not eat ham or bacon. When we asked her to assist us and she said pick what you want. Then we got our order which was wrong and included ham. When I approached her to tell her about it, she didnt even listen to me, took the plate and threw it on the counter. She then walked away and cussed us. She always wanted md to pay for it again, instead I took the meal and gave it to a homeless person since she was being so rude not to change the meal, even though its her fault because she didnt want to help me. Overall, I left being very hungry and I was so discouraged to buy anything else due to her being so rude. Hope you can solve this issue so no other customer can go through this.

Starbucks bad manager and awful drink

Normally have a few drinks throughout the day, well today was obviously a day I should have skipped, I had the pleasure (not really) to have a mnager be a the drive up window (67760 e palm canyon cathedral city, ca, trans num 672390)
I ordered a simple caramel brule well they were obviously pre-making and i'm ok with that, just not when its literally watered down, keep in mind, had fresh whip, well I returned it and they made another, consistency still all wrong and u can literally see the whip from last drink. Sad! The manager literally rolled her eyes and had an employee help me, instead of taking any spit chances I asked for a refund, the nice barista made up for what the manager lacked (she offered the bad drink with a refund, I declined) don't think ill be seeing any of them anymore... Sorry starbucks your making the decision easier to quit..

Starbucks medicine ball

Why advertise your product if you don't even have the tea to make them. I am so disappointed that I waste my time driving to 3stores around my area and they don't even make them. Especially when I am not feeling well that is why I want to drink that medicine ball. I hope you solve this problem asap cuz a lot of this costumers needs them or if you don't have the material to make them don't advertise them. Thank you.

Starbucks the starbucks girl behind the counter.

The starbucks was located in dublin, ohio, at the starbucks inside the target store.
At that particular time I was standing in line to order 1, small coffee, 7 sugars, 7 creams when I saw there were a few other people in front of me. I observed a young beautiful girl who had ordered something delicious and the cashier had asked the young girl if she would like her receipt. The girl replied "yes" and eventually was handed the receipt to what it was that she ordered. When it was my turn to step up to the counter and order the small coffee, the kid behind the counter (starbucks cashier) would not give me my receipt when I asked if I could have it. I asked the same cashier of whom gave the receipt to the girl earlier in line. She turned very rude and disrespectful when I had asked for my receipt, and she said something like the following, 'I can't give it to you","I just can't give it to you". I asked for a manager, and did not find one so I took a starbucks pamphlet and told a starbucks worker that I am going to report the girls bad attitude.

Starbucks the store and service

I went to the starbucks on 42 and jackson in indio, ca. This is my local starbucks and I go most every day. I have seen service getting bad over the past few months but I would say that today takes the cake. There was a huge line so I decided to go in. The store was filthy! Dirty tables, over flowing trash, dirty floors and to top it off my large was in actuality a grande. Only 3/4 full. I took pics to place on yelp. Someone needs to do something!

Starbucks customer satisfaction issues with rude customer service

Hi,

As a long time strabuck client, I love to go starbucks with my wife. We sit, drink our coffees and do our works there. When we travel, we always stop by starbucks to try what they offer different from where we live.

We do this, cause starbucks all around the world have very similar standards that we think above many other brands. We love to find similar high standards in one store all around the world.

But, this year, 2 times, we had to deal with very non-customer-centric behaviours at starbuck indonesia`s store location.

Both happened in starbucks indonesia aeon mall bsd store.

1st incident was months ago so I skip that.

2nd incident was today.

My wife asked for her fresh brewed coffee on ice. Simple. Ice and brewed coffee. As she can not tolerate cold brew or americano, she loves to drink this. She orders this drink in any starbucks around the world.in turkey, in malaysia, in thailand, in taiwan, so on.
But somehow this location told us they can not do it and tried to sell us cold brew. We told them we prefer fresh brewed coffee on ice but they insisted that it`s not on the menu they can not. So, we asked for ice in a tall cup. They replied us as in the same manner that they won`t give us plastic glass.

We, then, wanted to communicate with starbucks indonesia customer service.
They replied with the same manner. They said "if we want ice coffee we can get cold brew". Oh! Thanks, we were stupid enough not to know this. We know what we want, we know what we drunk so far.

We thought starbucks is the place where we can chill and not to worry about bad customer service. But, starbucks indonesia sure is ruining it for us. We are about to change our choices about starbucks here and move to another brand where we don`t get this kind of bad customer service.

Starbucks vanilla bean frappe

On 12/17/17 at about 545 am my son and I were scheduled for a flight from el paso texas to san antonio texas. I went to the starbucks at the airport #elpsta02 I ordered a vanilla bean frappe and a salted caramel hot chocolate. The hot chocolate was lukewarm and my son found a brown hair in his frappe. We were already on our 600 am flight to san antonio when he found the hair and I discovered my chocolate was lukewarm. For 8.20 plus tax for two small drinks I expected better service.

Starbucks barista's attitude, decision to close store early

On 12/17/17 at approximately 6:30 am the starbucks in the 5 points shopping center in santa barbara was abruptly closed by a short, chunky, blue haired female barista who announced that by law starbucks could not force her to work during "poor air quality", she threw down her apron and told the customers in line that she was closing immediately. Now this was the morning of the thomas wildfire, the worst wildfire santa barbara has ever experienced, the many customers in line and enjoying their beverages throughout the very crowded store were either firefighters or evacuees, both of whom really needed a hot beverage. This particular starbucks on this particular morning happened to be literally feet from the wildfire command center set up in the sears parking lot, so this blue haired barista's decision to close the store early cost starbucks an absolutely huge day of revenue. But more than the money starbucks lost by not being open on such a busy day, this barista's attitude and treatment of these very brave firefighters was disgraceful. It wasn't smoky in the climate controlled store, and it was an insult to the firefighters, most of whom were from out of town or out of state, who were literally going out to risk their lives to save her home and her town, this whiny little blue haired wimp gave the middle finger to a group of brave heroes. She should be fired and starbucks should be ashamed!
