Installation 9/12 was difficult and basic problem never resolved. Echos in calls, dropped lines, attempts to escalate repair and problems to be resolved went to the top. One email stating how happy their other customers were. WHAT A CRAPPY way to treat a customer that pays their bills on time. We're a small business and some of the difficulties included not having phone service for periods of time where we lost orders and income. My advice, don't risk doing business with this company. They do NOT value their customers.
