Hi I am playing sabse smart Kon from the first day some time my score is 40, 000 some time 59, 000. Mr. Ravi said in show please play in host star and get many lacks but I think this is not true they just just want us to watch this show and waist out time I saw on you tube and google about how u calculate ur score if some one get more then 60k that will be eligible for one lakh but I got more then 60 k still no reply nothing. Every time I get good score and on 19 July 2018 I got 60, 600 but until now I never receive any price money please help me to reply me about my price

My issue is timer not working of sabse smart kaun of hotstar app
From last three days hot star app is not allowing me to play sabse smart kaun when ever questioned picture appears timer is 00:00 it is not working.
what's the issue?
Any one else is facing same issue
If any one resolved the issue please guide me.
I tried re-installing the app but issue still persists please help

When the game show starts and Ravi Dubey says "now the photo come on your Atm" ...the photo come on my mobile screen on 18th second, While photo should be come on 20th second which is not happening..the network quality is also good.
Due to this problem I can't score the maximum points which requires to win the game and won 1500k daily..
Please solve this issue as early as possible.

I want to inform you that I have scored more than 53000 three times yet you didn't contact me. you announced winners with 75000 point just tell me how this is possible. please tell me is it a fake show. on YouTube I have seen video that this is all fake. please answer me if you care about your customers please contact me because I am a regular player. is it like government policies which is only on paper

We are playing for abve TV Show " SABSE SMART KAUN" on App " HOT STAR " .
2. It is observed that only one person getting points between 72, 000 to 75, 000 is being announced as Winner every day for each Episode. For others, there is no prize.. So why should others play ?

3. Moreover, it is not at all possible to win 72, 000 to 75, 000 points for any person. The points in this range can only be won when each and every question is replied without losing even a second for every question i.e. all questions have to be replied instantly when the same are loaded and all of them must be CORRECT. Please tell us if any person in your show at TV Centre has ever replied all questions rightly in any episode so far ? At least 5 - 10 seconds are required to read & understand every question. So no one can reply all questions rightly and that too without losing even a second. As such, you are befooling the people.

4. It is, therefore, amply clear that the points in this range of 72, 000 to 75, 000 can be won only when the person replying the questions is knowing the answers before hand (i.e.before loading questions by TV show administration) or Star Plus declare these winners of its choice who even do not play.

5. It is, therefore, advised to shut down the show immediately without further befooling us otherwise someone may go for legal action against the TV show organisers.

I found my name there but didn't get any response from your side. I am very curious to know about how it is possible to be in winner list and didn't get any response from the channel please help me.

Kindly remove advertisements of Horror serials like -Qyamat ki raat and Dayan from Star plus channel..there are small children, , pregnant ladies etc for whom these kinds of ads are not suitable..Also it is a family channel...Remove the same with immediate effect. Atleast they should not feature from 9 am to 11 pm..kindly take action or we shall go to higher authorities...

Now its 25th episode, what's going wrong this show ..

On 4th july winner name of episode 18 of Sabse Smart koun a game show online on starplus is Ramesh Kumar Sehgal with 72300 points in my hotstar app but on next day, 5th july after the afternoon winner name has been changed with the name of Parvez Khan with 72050 points.

In todays episode (28/6/2018) in three lakh question the answer is zebra crossing and in jst two seconds i click on it but in my frnd's ph it was giving an error even remaining time is 17 sec till that time. . . . . In my ph i have 18 sec left but still no pints given to me. . . . May i knw why. . .

I have been playing Sabse smart kaun quite regularly... Ur system doesn't work well... pictures not appearing in time almost after the half time is over the pictures appears on the screen... whereas I use a great internet connection...
Today i.e.28 June even same happened...in the first question of the game there was an error when I submitted my pic.
Even for the 4th question for 3 lacs my answer after submission was not accounted for... I have appended screenshots... please look into it
