My daughter and I went to see a movie and when it was over an employee that hates my daughter and I was standing outside our theatre. They had words and the employee said she gets off at 9:30p.m. We went back at that time to talk to the manager with the employee. He wasn't even there nor was he there when we were there the first time. The employees family was sitting out in the parking lot so we did not get out of the truck for fear of getting jumped. We waited to see if the manager would come out and he did not. We left and 15 minutes later the cops showed up at my house saying we were banned from the theatre without producing a no trepassing order or any kind of written document. I contacted the manager in the Casper office whom turned out to be the brother of the manager if Rock Springs. I told him what happened and he said he would call me back the next day with some kind of resolution. He never returned my call. I called him again and left a message and he never called back. The employee is still working without any reprimand or suspension because she and her family are friends of the managers. I would like to know if we are always going to be treated like this or if the management can resolve things without being biased.
