Customer service is horrible. They are rude and uncooperative. I miss issues and have late delivery consistently. Last year they put the magazine in plastic and it arrived on time for several months. Then the plastic cover stopped and my delivery is always late. I called again and they won't put it in plastic anymore and blamed the postal dept for lateness. I am cancelling my subscription to STAR MAGAZINE.
we renewed Star on 7/17/23 and the check cleared on 7/28...we still have not receive one issue and it is 9/13/23. There should be laws against this!
I have not received star magazine since Mid May 2023. I am paid up to 4-2024.
I am supposed to have a subscription to Star Magazine until June 2025 and I have not received a copy of the magazine since mid-May 2023. I would like all the remaining copies of the magazine that I have missed up until now, otherwise extend my subscription by six months because of the indignity and pain of waiting for a magazine that I paid pretty good money for a subscription. I simply do not have the extra money to restart a subscription since I am on a fixed income and am medically retired.
This is the second week in a row that I have not received my magazine, this is ridiculous I pay a lot for this! I gave up getting it in the mail so they deliver to my driveway at least they are suppose to! If this keeps up I will not renew it next year. donnamcgrail@aol.com
