Star India Projects - Griha Shakti Project - Flats review: Delay in possession / substandard quality of work 1

I had booked a 1 bhk flat in star india projects - griha shakti project at karjat in jan 2012 and possession was due on july 2012. It is a 123 flats - 12 building project. The builder - mr. Sandeep sajjan / star india projects has delayed the project and has not handed over the flat till today. We have filed consumer court case and hearing is scheduled in june 1st week. He has also encroached on sarpanch land and constructed sub - standard buildings which has deteriorated over the period. We have filed consumer case against the builder along with few members. The builder sandeep sajjan & star india projects is based out of gurgaon / noida and have many projects going in that areas. He is not a genuine builder and is not completing this project.
