On February 2, 2012 myself and my wife went to the law offices of stanley d bowman with the expectations of saving our home in long beach california from foreclosure. I met with mr bowman and a woman by the name of Nina Tadrous who I was led to believe was an attorney too.
My wife and I were then subjected to basically a sales pitch, telling us that we would have to file a bankruptcy and file a lawsuit against our lender Chase Bank formerly Washington Mutual. I initially trusted their judgement thinking they were both attorneys and I thought I was getting expert legal advice mostly from Nina Tadrous who was doing most of the talking.
She was extremely persuasive and convinced us to write a check for $5000 to Mr Bowman to cover the cost of the bankruptcy and the filing of the lawsuit. Well, a few days went by and I did not hear anything back. I called several times a day and no answer just a message taken by a secretary. I became suspicious and checked with my bank. Sure enough the check was cashed that day an hour after the meeting.
the bankruptcy was never filed and the lawsuit was some kind of farce to extort this unbelievable fee out of us. that was our last money in our account and now we cannot even pay our utilities.
we pretty much got scammed and now we are in a worst situation than before. Our home is still in foreclosure and we are to be having a sale date in march. we will be homeless with 2 kids age 12 and 9.
as it turns out we were contacted by an investigator for the state bar of California and the attorney generals office acting on behalf of the dept of real estate. there is an active investigation and these con artists have been taking money from homeowners for loan modifications and principal reductions, eviction delay etc but doing little or no work.
The investigators were particularly interested in the Nina Tadrous who has appearantly been operating as a false attorney with no credentials and giving legal advice. there are criminal charges pending and they are looking for more victims.
There is a recovery fund that may get tapped into if a sufficient number of people come forward.

Nina Carmelle is very smart so smart that she will go to these postings and write good things about herself and Bowman. I have first hand information of how she doest it. It is very sad and most people would never think to do this or waste their lives always trying to put out fires. Be careful when you go to other sites and there is something nice to say about her and her crew read it carefully and you will soon see the pattern. I am sorry for her since I at one time supported her and unwillingly was taken by her charm and deception. She is good at it.
I needed help with a ch 7 bankruptcy and this crazy chick in a leopard skinn tights and dirty blouses came out and wanted me to give themn $750 cash, I got out of there before I get ripped. what a disgusting place.
I'm Santiago Perez, I've been hired to file false reports on Nina and Mr Bowman. Santiago Perez isn't my real name. Ive been told that if I make these false reports I will get paid $500 per report. I've been posting several fake reports under several assumed names against innocent people Nina and Mr Bowman so I can make a living. So far, I've posted over 40 reports on several sites with fake stories and I haven't gotten paid in full. So I've decided to announce the truth about these false Internet complaints. Ive made it all up.

I'm an ex client of Mr. Bowman. I wouldn't be in my house if it wasn't for Nina and Mr. Bowman. I know about Nina's ex who was disbarred attorney that ever since he got disbarred (his name is Steven Sears) and he was thrown in Jail criminally. He has been making false reports on the Internet about her and every attorney who gets involve with her.
I find Nina is very honest and knowledgeable.
I've checked all resources including but not limited to the State Bar of California, neither Nina nor Mr bowman have any criminal pending cases of any sort. Nina's ex just can't handle her success. Her ex is so obsessed with her beauty. Her ex can't handle the fact that she moved on and that he is restraint from seeing his child.
I'm aware of her ex Steven Sears who is disbarred attorney and that she has criminal and civil restraining order against him.
In fact, Steven Sears all criminal records and the state bar of California shows that he was criminally convicted and disbarred. Her ex can't do anything to her at this point except harrasing her and any attorney or person who gets involve with her on the Internet. Neither Nina nor Mr Bowman have ANY lawsuits against them.
Don't believe these BOGUS Internet junk. It's her scorn, scurlles, ex lover, who is obsessed with her beauty.
