I ordered lens cap covers and paid through PayPal. The order never arrived. I emailed idigitech at and found their email address to be not valid. I placed a complaint through PayPal and PayPal decided in my favor, however, they were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. PayPal did not reimburse me because they said it was stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

What is the point of using PayPal? If I had used my credit card I would have been guaranteed my funds back.

What have I learned from this? Do not do business with this company or with PayPal!
