Unwanted / didn't order bifidon
I was surprised to receive the package, because I didn't order it. I don't know that product. I have never used that product. I cannot remember dealing with this company. If I have, it certainly isn't recent. If I have deal with this company recently, I want the company to return any money taken from my account. I want the company to refrain from taking any more money from my account. Because I did not give the company any permission to take money from my account.
I want the company to send me a RMA number, so I can return the unwanted product, sent without my permission.
Getting a refund, stopping further payments
I have ben trying to stop further shipments/deliveries of this product but no one ever answers the telephone, so I cannot communicate with this company..
I have been unable to communicate with this company so I am unable to stop any further payments and deliveries
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Tell the people to call the credit card company and cancel their credit card and get a new one. That goes for debit cards also
I wish to stop further payments.
