This is really horrible site and their customer service is a real nightmare. I decided to buy an online class from this website, but it was a mistake. I realized the horrible service and I wasn't getting what I wanted. I wasn't satisfied with their courses, so I asked for refund. Well, I not new to these kind of sites, so I know that refunds are allowed up to 30 days after purchasing. They told that it is impossible, their service does not have such thing as refund. They told that they can give a store credit towards another purchase and that's all. I asked about the details and was told that biggest possible discount is 10%. I was so angry and but accepted their offer. They promised a discount, but never got any messages about it. So I've been emailing them for weeks asking for the promised discount. And every time the replied „Sorry, we can't give you a refund, but we can offer you a 10% discount”. This site just wants to steal your money, so don't your precious time on them.
