StackSocial terrible customer service

Hmm... I have no words to describe my emotions regarding this company and their customer service.

People there are blind and deaf to your requirements and care nothing about you as well. It's sad not to mention that they promise the best service.
I received a wrong order and waited 4 weeks to prove they were wrong. Each time I wrote them they asked to send them pictures of the wrong order. No problem, I did.
Next time they asked for pictures again. Like they just deleted my previous emails. I am so tired of this.
Last time everything went through and they approved. So maybe I will get my refund soon.
But I will never forget this hard time you gave me and that's why you will never see me as your customer again. Goodbye.

StackSocial do not do business with them

I would highly recommend you to stay away from this place.
I am very disappointed that my first order turned into a big mess for me.
My issue is that I got a wrong product. A completely another one.
I called them asking to replace or to exchange, they said I have to return it first, but the shipping will be at my expense. Yes, it was expensive and I am sorry that your company doesn't cover these fees and doesn't stand behind your products and service.
Anyway. I returned the item and got no refund at all. They stole my money.

StackSocial beginners guide to cryptocurrencies

I bought the Beginners guide to cryptocurrencies course. It turned out to be a sham. I immediately began receiving spam related to all kinds of shady money scams. The course was nothing but a hard-sell for Steem, which is the worst pyramid scheme the internet has ever shat out!

The Stack Social website claims to offer refunds but leave the customer with now way to contact them for a refund of this type! They ignore support tickets!

Please do not ever consider using these scammers - they are simply riding a wave of naive new customers. The wizened ones have left already.

StackSocial vpn purchase

I followed an and and went to StackSocial to purchase the lifetime version of Windscribe on 6-9-17 because I am so happy with it. I am a senior citizen on a fixed budget and I have never before purchased from StackSocial and I should have been more careful but I accidentally got distracted from the $59 lifetime purchase and chose the $39 lifetime purchase, not noticing that it was a different product. And I did it before reaching the end of the ad and not realizing until after purchasing that there was a no refunds disclaimer. Then I considered trying out vpnunlimited even though upon reading the reviews I found it does not compare at all to Windscribe. I still have 18 months of Windscribe which I purchased through SharewareonSale. I buy a lot of software but I am so upset with myself for buying this one. I tried to log into the new software but I did not want to disable my Windscribe to do it and they treated me like I was a criminal. I spent about 2 hours with this. I then asked them for a refund and they said no. $39 is a lot of money to me. I feel putting the disclaimer of no refunds at the end of the ad is unfair. Now I know and I will not forget. It is apparent to me that VPNunlimited is part of the US government's crackdown on privacy and I want nothing to do with it. In addition it offers you use on 5 devices and I only have one.

StackSocial vpnsecure

On May 29, I purchased a lifetime subscription to VPNSecure from Stacksocial for $39, order number 6993032. When I attempted to use the product, it was unable to connect with the company's server(s)...instead it just displayed the endlessly recurring message, "connecting", and produced the same result on both my desktop and my iPhone. My very experienced IT guy was also unable to make it work and we wasted about 2 hours "live-chatting" with the online service rep to no avail.

After spending several times the cost of the product on my IT consultant, I decided to call it a day and emailed Stacksocial to request a refund, using the form on their website. It has now been 10 days and no reply. Absolutely terrible customer service!

StackSocial cannot return item for refund

I purchased a STRiiv smart watch from Stacksocial . I received the item and found it inadequate for my needs: the display was too small and the operation was complicated. I am 86 and I was unable to try the device before buying it. I tried to return the item and was informed that StackSocial does not accept returned items for refund when they are already discounted. As I had no opportunity to see and use the item for purchase, I find this policy unfair and only of benefit to this company.

StackSocial password boss premium

Company sold Password Boss Premium software that will not work on my computer and now won't provide a refund. I bought 2 licenses and redeemed only one.

The party line is if we offered refunds, customers could make purchases, redeem the assets, ask for a refund, and walk away with free software.

Well that's fine for the activation key I used but what about the one I did not redeem? They should provide a refund for that. Even of the software was at a steeply discounted price, maybe it needs to be if it doesn't work. Will not buy from them again. Customer service responded fairly quickly with no remedy.

StackSocial fitbit and shower speaker

I ordered 2 items from Stack Social for my daughters for Christmas. One does not work at all and the other was not the color I ordered. I have sent numerous e-mails, only the first of which was responded to and now I am out the money, do not have the products I ordered and even worse, try explaining to 2 little girls that Santa does not return e-mail or calls regarding their presents that do not work!
I have e-mailed NUMEROUS times and am infuriated!

StackSocial did not care

I tried to buy a product from Stacksocial but wasn't able to do that. When I placed my order and tried to pay their website said that there was some kind of error with my card. I tried again and the same thing happened. Then I took another card and tried to use it, but no result.
I contacted Stacksocial customer service and explained that for some reason their website did not accept my credit cards. Their rep promised to find out what was going on and contact me back later, but they never did that. Well, guess they actually did not care.

StackSocial defective item

I've ordered an item from these guys and the one I received was defective. It was working fine but then it suddenly stopped working so I went online and contacted StackSocial via email. No one ever replied and I can't even get a refund for a defective item. They also have a phone number and when I called no one picked up the phone. I left them several messages and I hop to get a response as soon as possible. Too bad I did not check the reviews before I made my order.

StackSocial worthless merchant

I have purchased some gadgets from StackSocial website and never received any confirmation about my payment. They did take my money and that was the end of the story. Tried to contact them and called many times but there was no response. But when I emailed them they asked me to send my order number and payment confirmation. What a joke! I had nothing to provide them because they never gave me anything! A complete scam website!

StackSocial do not buy anything from them!

I ordered an item from StackSocial for $15. There was a discount so I decided to try this website and give it a chance. Well, the product was fine but it was not what I expected so I contacted their customer service and said that I would like to return the product. They said that there will be no refunds and the only thing they could offer is a store credit. When I asked the reason they said because it was a discounted product. I agreed and said that I will take the credit. But since them there was no response and I received no store credit yet. Well, lesson learned. Beware consumers!

StackSocial worst company ever

This is really horrible site and their customer service is a real nightmare. I decided to buy an online class from this website, but it was a mistake. I realized the horrible service and I wasn't getting what I wanted. I wasn't satisfied with their courses, so I asked for refund. Well, I not new to these kind of sites, so I know that refunds are allowed up to 30 days after purchasing. They told that it is impossible, their service does not have such thing as refund. They told that they can give a store credit towards another purchase and that's all. I asked about the details and was told that biggest possible discount is 10%. I was so angry and but accepted their offer. They promised a discount, but never got any messages about it. So I've been emailing them for weeks asking for the promised discount. And every time the replied „Sorry, we can't give you a refund, but we can offer you a 10% discount”. This site just wants to steal your money, so don't your precious time on them.

Paid $41.63 on 21.10.2015 for above subscription. Had numerous problems setting up with comments my password was 'fishy' That was a stupid response with no guidance. Sent repeated emails but no answer from any of my emails sent to Sarah, when finally she decided to send one email on 26.11.15 Stating a new password after a month of silence. You cannot deal with a Company that ignores my requests. And that is refund my money paid. Email asking for refund sent 27/11/15, and again next day 4 sent in all with NO acknowledgment.

StackSocial they have problems with the delivery

I ordered smart watch from the company www.stacksocial.com. I got the confirmation info and the rep informed me that the delivery would take 10 days. I waited these days, but of course I haven’t received the order. The seller told me that they had some problems and asked to wait a little bit more. In total I waited about a month. I won’t advise anyone to buy from them, ‘coz you waste your time and money. I paid for the delivery, but got the order after a month only.

StackSocial the seller only promised and still hasn't delivered my order

I bought phone from the company www.stacksocial.com, but it was real scam. I placed the order and after my payment was sent, I haven’t received any news. Total scam. I sent them several emails and asked about the order, but these jerks only diddle-daddle and provided some fake promises. I’m sick of their promises and waiting. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

StackSocial they provided invalid code and it was impossible to open the app

I ordered the Language learning course from the company www.stacksocial.com. I paid $79 for this and they provided the app and code. When I tried to enter this code, it turned out that it was invalid. WTF? I sent couple of emails to the online agents and asked what to do next, but no one replied. They simply ignored all my requests. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.

StackSocial defective items

I ordered 3 items from the website www.stacksocial.com, but I had only negative attitude and reviews about this company. I received 2 items after a month, and all things were damaged. I tried to return them, but the seller refused, because they didn’t take orders back. It was their policy. Also the 3rd items weren’t delivered at all, but the seller tried to persuade me that I received it. Total rip off. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

I bought Degoo Premium: Lifetime 10TB Backup Plan $89.99. I was able to redeem and it was working fine. I backed up a lot of data. After few days this plan disappeared. It's over a week, I have been trying to contact stacksocial and Degoo as well, no response from from anyone. Never buy anything from stacksocial. It is a scan.

Completely deceptive. The sound comes out of a speaker that overlies the ear canal. If I could hear out of my ear canal I wouldn't have ordered bone conduction earphones. They did refund my money but refuse to alter how these earphones are marketed.
