StackSocial / defective item

I've ordered an item from these guys and the one I received was defective. It was working fine but then it suddenly stopped working so I went online and contacted StackSocial via email. No one ever replied and I can't even get a refund for a defective item. They also have a phone number and when I called no one picked up the phone. I left them several messages and I hop to get a response as soon as possible. Too bad I did not check the reviews before I made my order.
