StackSkills was perfect when it just started. I bought several courses but I cannot use them. I spent so much money and received nothing. When I open a course the first page works fine, but when I try to get to the second page an error appears. I have written the company on several occasions with no help, and now, no response. Such a waste of money. I wanted to report them to BBB, but I couldn't do that, because I cannot find their address! Their website is full of bugs and technical problems. For example, when I tried to go to "About Us" page there was an error. I'm very disappointed with StackSkills.

They charged me twice and said, no refunds. I contacted my credit card company and told them to reverse one charge. My credit card company saw it was a double charge and agreed to reverse the charge.

Then I got argumentative, harassing, rude emails demanding I pay them! They are incredibly rude!

I explained it was a double charge. They demanded I send documents to prove this. Look at your own bookkeeper to find the dog jr charge. Why harass me?

The emails for more aggressive and more rude. They refused to believe me that it’s a double charge. It’s not my problem if they don’t keep proper books.

Super annoying company to deal with.

I disagree with other commenters that this is a scam company. I have been using stack skills since 2017 and have had great courses. Everything works fine on my end.

I enrolled in several Excel courses and was very pleased. I was able to access all the courses, the teachers were native-English speakers, the supporting material was relevant and supported my learning, and when I had some technical difficulties, I got the help needed to resolve it.
I hate to hear that some folks did not have a good experience, but I disagree with the comments that this is a scam company.

I got a bundle for a huge discount but upon starting the course I realize it was recorded around 2014 (this is end 2019) so I am really hesitant to go forward and unfortunately it looks like refunds are not possible once enrolled... I hope I haven't been scammed but I am afraid I have. I would not have purchased had I realized it was old info, as information technology changes so quickly. Maybe the general concepts might not change, but really I do not expect much.

Stackskills should be sued for fraudulent representation. I purchased an online course for $15 that then required a "school enrollment" for $200 to redeem or access the course. No section for refunds or complaints. Waste of money and digusting way for anyone to make money - deceptive and disgraceful. These human beings probably don't look at themselves in the mirror or they would be disgusted of what they saw. No shame at all. Will be looking into a way to create a class action lawsuit over this gross injustice, they don't deserve my $15 charity. False advertising and marketing tactics like this should be illegal worldwide. Facebook also needs to own up and shut this down.

This is a scam company, and they are working with the Digg store. I purchased a bundle of computer course from the digg store, who in turned sent me to stackskills and they tried to get me to pay again. I reported this to my bank contested the charge and the Bank Rep. told me that they also attached a recurring monthly fee to my credit card, which they promptly flagged. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THE DIGG STORE AND STACKSKILLS. They both a fraudulent companies.
