SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / This company is unreliable and they lost my parcel

I used the website in order to ship my stuff to my friend in Dubai. I was disappointed in the services and attitude, ‘coz they lost my parcel somewhere and when I asked to provide compensation, they simply refused and stopped to reply to my further emails. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

    I wanted to send a package to my friend in UK and used This company claimed to deliver package during two weeks and it was a deadline as I was sending birthday present. Three weeks later I didn’t even get tracking number and can’t get in touch with this company anymore.

    Hi, be very careful to use STACKRY. Recently I mailed out them merchandise for $ 3000 and when It arrived they put on hold my account According to them for fraudulent credit card use, which is impossible because I only buy products with gift cards and from I think Stackry is a scam. I just put a claim on the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) # 71321562 and I will use all resources available to try of recover my products

    I have just been scammed by stackry out of $300 usd worth of goods. They put a block on my credit card and did not get back to me. I called their company several times and the customer service rep advised me that they do not throw away pacakges. After i got a new credit card they told me they have disposed of my package!! And i even consolidated it and was dealing with technical issues on their website. Beaware! Stackry is a fraud company and should be reported to the police! Stackry is a scam!!!

    @Amal Butt Hi Amal, Sorry you think we are a scam, I can assure we are not. We have an A+ rating with the BBB and pride ourselves on great service. We do not have the power to block your credit card, we also accept payments via PayPal if your credit card is not active. We do offer 45 day free storage on all packages. We then charge storage fees past that, up until 60 days. Even after that, we hold on to customers packages for quite some time before we dispose them. If you notify us, we can also hold onto your packages indefinitely with a "do not dispose" tag. Again, I am sorry for your displeasure. Feel free to email us a [protected] if you have more questions.     I also have had a very bad experience with I was initially a customer of Bedabox and had deliveries at bedabox at this time bought out Bedabox and my 2.000$ of Ralph lauren clothing just disappeared. No email no nothing. Tried emailing customer support at but the lady answering my emails was not interested in helping at all and made it clear that i was a nuisance.
