SST Cards Services / Charging unnecessary late fees
My bill is usually due on the 12th of each month and this time it was due on the 11th an oversight on my part so the bill was paid sep 12th 2007 instead of the 11th on there due date this time I called to see if they would waive the late fee and the answer was No! NO! No! if it is not our fault we are not waiving the fee they are very rude and very nasty even though they are in the state of Georgia they is no southern hospitality in Georgia and they should please be closed down and wamu should have never sold our account to this company I am closing my account and cutting up my card I will never use them again someone please start a class action suite please.
