I submitted the demat enquiry form and one of the sales person called from [protected] and told that she will be sending executive on 23rd sep 10.am. and today she called from the same number and told me to keep the forms ready and I told to send the executive so that i need to know more as you have no knowledge of demat.

She simply cut off the call and went off and no execuitive truned up.

Is this the service you provide and worst not seen from such a bank and having such a staff. When i call reliance people they are at the door steps.

Many of my friends recommened you and in turn i will not recommend you to anybody and many of my friends will turn up. Will be surrending my credit card and will wipe out relationship with your bank as it is degrading to have a credit card with a worst bank

Dear Sirs,

Please lodge your complaint with the concerned- Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, that will be rewarding & show ALL the Opponents their proper place & you will not be HELPLESS any more.
