We had purchased couple plots in Sri Sainath Gardens in Rudraram adjacent to Vijai Electricals from GRP Housing Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. There is no further development on this land, we tried to contact the developers but no traces of them. Land Owners are requested to come together to form an association and discuss the further development on this land for taking positions of their plots. Owners who have valid documents such as sale deed and other link documents are requested to provide their contact details.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Sand Stone Infra is the development people from whom I am planning to buy the plot. I did visit the plot recently and see the drainage pipes being installed and the Sand stone infra claiming to give road, water and electricity. Would like to know your opinions before going ahead with the purchase.

What I heard is near Toshiba rudraram Sainath gardens 30 acres of land is sold to some builders they have already developed it into plots and selling for 15 lacs.
