This company is by far the worst company you could ever do business with! Stay away from this company as you will only get the run around and never get what you pay for. I have been dealing with them since June of 09, and their software does not work! They will not refund and they will never speak with you in person. The only way to get support from them is through email. Here we are in 2010 and they are still offering awful support via email... Imagine typing out your issues a page long, only to be sent back a one line sentence saying something to the effect of " please try turning off your antivirus software." Incredible! I have been told that 5 different times after explaining to them the program or module they call it, has been created and installed on a computer that does not have an anti virus on it.
Please do yourself a favor and steer clear of this product and company! They will take your money and entertain you with dumb emails!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
People DO NOT BUY IT, read the complaints. The program is still a total waste here in 2017! But I am surprised how such a fraudy could survive over years (!) and still in business!
If you want more use from your money, just burn it in front of your eyes, I mean it! At least in his way you consume some calories from burning, but not the frustrations when you realize how fool you are.
Summary: false advertising, intentionally lying and hiding the truth.. poor product, poor stealth, discoverable by most antivirus and NEVER refund.

I just tried to purchase this and it does not load. I want my money back. I am trying now to get it back, FALSE ADVERTISING. They said it downloads quickly and we wont SEE it but it is downloaded. Really? So when does it work?
We purchased Spy Agent in DEC of 2014 child monitoring software, price, downloaded it, installed it, didn't work .I have a lap top only 3 hours, I explained to them my situation Before I purchased this software, my daughter want to leave to London for 2 years, I called for support for the number1.888.267.2423 which come with download. Called from 2.30 to 5.30 PM All I could hear only a voice mail. Left many messages No one responded, as well as emails .so I gave up.
While I am trying to install the program computer shuts down,
I called next business day, e mails, And send many emails voice mails next day, they told me they never got them, They Lied
They told me I should called Tech support they does not have a phone number so we have to open a ticket online. I don't have a time to do all this, we purchased a software with trust.
Yesterday I try to installed to my own computer and checked what I found was this software is not working at all.
I was Looking for the any numbers to call them.And finally found bank statements and the number on the clever bridge called them to refund, but refused.
False advertisements. explanation all lies don't buy this. Product does not work.
It can be remotely installed- False advertisements and lies
It is not detected as a virus- False advertisements and lies
Disables spy ware detectors- False advertisements and lies
Once installed it monitors the remote PC in total stealth, and cloaks itself to avoid being detected- False advertisements and lies
It logs all activity- False advertisements and lies
I purchased Real time spy. It does not work. The company advertises that it can be remotely installed via an email message. This is not true. Yahoo and Goggle detect it as a virus and will not even allow the message to be sent. Even if it were allowed to be sent via email it would still be detected by anti virus programs. I tested it with Norton. It detected it as a virus.
After realizing that there is no way to remotely install it I decided to test it on my own computer. I had to disable Avast anti virus. After I did that I was able to install it on my own computer. However it does not log most of the activity. It doesn't log any Internet activity. It doesn't log any keystrokes. It only logged when some programs were opened. However even then it doesn't log that activity most of the time. Most of the time it doesn't log any activity at all.
It is not as advertised. It doesn't work. I have contacted the company however they are ignoring me and refusing to provide a refund. Please don't, but this Still refuse to pay.This company is by far the worst company you could ever do business with! I will tell you again don't be a another victim.
SpyTech, save your lame excuses. I have been getting the run around for months. Just admit you are a scam and there is no working program. I will do all I can to have you investigated for fraud!

If we were a scam operation we certainly would not offer products along with 24/7 support and free remote assistance after processing orders, nor would we offer fully functional free trials of our software that any visitor to our website can try before purchasing. We also would not have refunded your order the same day you requested so, despite never being given any chance to assist you. Software can never be made 100% compatible with every single computer out there, which is why we offer comprehensive support at no additional charge. Having technical issues with our product, and refusing any support outright in your initial, and only contact with us, should not automatically categorize our company as a ‘scam’.
contact Plimus at support@plimus.com and tell them you want a refund. They will help you get your money back.
You have to tell them you do not want technical support that you want a full refund of the purchase price.
Stay away Spytech is a scam.
By far the most difficult software I have ever attempted to intall! Plus at the company help desk only one person ever answers...unable to install at first then unable to get to work properly after 3 weeks of trying I gave up. Then the company said they could install the software remotely...I don't want anyone else in my pc, but they won't refund my money!
Installed the trial, included an UNinstaller, but when I choose to remove it I noticed that my PC wasn't as responsive as normal. After running various scans I discoverd that all the software was still "at work" inside my machine. VERY ANNOYED and very dodgey practice on their behalf. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
