spy racoon / installation didn't work. Charged me twice for the product

After 2 days of trying to obtain the code from Secure Tactics to make the program run, I told Secure Tactics I was no longer interested in the product and to refund my money. Secure Tactics charged my account twice and refuses to provide me with a refund or a phone number to call and clear up this matter. I have sent repeated emails. Alex at Secure Tactics keeps telling me to reinstall the program. The problem is that I did not receive a complete product that I could use and run because I never received the authorization code and on top of it, account was charged twice.
