Spriti Airlines / Dishonesty and horrible customer service

My house keeper recently made a reservation over the phone for a flight to Guatemala through Sprit Airline. She arrived on the 31st of July three hours prior to her flight to be told that the flight had departed the day before even though her travel itinerary clearly stated departure for July 31st. She was then told that although there was a mistake on her printed itinerary it was not their problem. She then purchased a ticket with Delta without any airline credit or a refund. She completely lost all the money she had paid for her ticket through Sprit Airline. When she informed me of this I was outraged and immediately contacted the ariline. I was on hold for thirty minutes before being transferred to someone named Aieriel who told me that there was nothing that could be done over the phone. She offered me an address to file a complaint, but my only question is how long would it take to get an answer through mail when it takes thirty minutes for someone to answer the phone. She then gave me another number for their "supposed" corporate office. I am currently on hold with them and it has been exactly one hour and seven minutes. This is the most disgusting treatment I have ever received from a business. Never fly Spirit. Although they claim to be the airline which caters to Latin America they are racist pigs who deliver horrible service and ignore any concerns that their customers may have. We are in the process of contacting a lawyer to receive some answers as to how it is possible to run a business in this manner. NEVER FLY SPIRIT AIRLINES UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED HORRIBLY OR WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!
