Sprint / Virgin Mobile / phone service
Signed up for international service. Not aware Europe not included. Upon return had "service disabled" warning. Spent several hours and 10 emails to activate service with techs etc. After 6 weeks without service switched to another carrier. I was charged monthly fees and a service fee for tech, even tho nothing restored svc. When Sprint bought Virgin the quality went down. We had Sprint years ago and dumped them. They are terrible. Good luck getting your money back.
