Beware! Do not invest in Springfield farms in Islamabad! It's is a fraud Asif Choudhry will take your deposit and resell your plot several times, or will delay the construction and spend the money. He is very haramy and does lots of harm stuff. He is know to be a fraudster lots of fir against him. He is dishonest and he owes lots of people money in Gulberg, bahria, other societies. He is not be trusted and should go to jail. Do not believe him, he has corrupt politician friends but slowing but For sure he will go To jail.
Don't believe his lies he might say ask these people if they are happy they are usually his friends or relatives that lie for him saying he is honest.
Asif is a well-known fraudster! STAY AWAY from all projects he's involved in, Vertex (Bahria Enclave and Gulberg) and Springfield Farms (just the ones I know of).
We made the big mistake of buying a house from Asif/Vertex in Bahria Enclave in 2014. The house collapsed a few months later! Asif agreed, in writing, to construct a new house. In the meantime, he threatened his client/customer, my 70 year-old father, that, "If you write on facebook then forget house for ten years." Good thing we've saved the whatsapp message. What kind of "CEO" threatens his clients/customers?
We took possession of our "new" house in Feb 2019, delivered by Asif/Vertex and spent several lacs on re-doing the electrical, plumbing, paint and wood-work. Good thing I have pictures and receipts. The house is still not in our name as Asif the fraudster owes 25lacs on the plot. Anyone can find out this info from Bahria head office (Golf City).

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS, YES HE BUILT SOME OF THE HOMES. WHY DONT YOU GO TO BAHRIA ENCLAVE AND SEE ALL THOSE REALTOR & BUILDER OFFICES. ASK THEM ABOUT VERTEX AND THE QUALITY.
THEY WILL ALL TELL YOU THE HOUSES SELL FOR LESS AND LOTS HAVE COLLAPSED, GAS LEAKS, AND SO MANY PROBLEMS, THESE ARE THE HOMES HE BUILT. WHILE THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER THAT HE FRAUDED AND NEVER BUILT

"BUYERS BEWARE! VERTEX International Islamabad is a fraudulent company owned and run by a smooth-talking conman. Their construction is substandard and dangerous. The owner Asif Shafiq Chaudhry is a downright dishonest individual. We bought a Margalla Villa in Bahria Enclave, Islamabad from them in March 2014. In September 2014, within six months, in the monsoonal rains, huge cracks appeared in the walls, the roof started to sag and the villa became dangerous and unlivable. Mr. Asif Shafiq Chaudry and VERTEX committed in writing to build us a new replacement villa, but despite repeated promises in writing and verbally, four years later we do not have our villa. Asif Chaudhry made a commitment in writing at the office of the Superintendent of Police Islamabad City to deliver our villa on the 31st of March 2018. However, the villa is nowhere near completion. Anyone thinking of dealing with this company and this individual be warned by our experience. All over seas Pakistanis, do not be fooled by this fraudulent individual and his sham of a real estate development company."
There are so many complaints about Asif. He is a known con man and knows that since his father was in the police and was corrupt as you all know is a corrupt police. He know how to take your money and delay the construction as long as 5 years.
He build the first few homes fairly them he started making very bad quality, go to bahria enclave and talk to all those realtor offices and ask them how is vertex houses. They will all tell you he is a dishonest builder has not transfered homes, some have collapsed, some he still has not finished, some he sold multiple times, there is a 1 kanal home that is falling apart and is fighting in court for last 3 years, he has ripped so many oversea pakistani.
This con man does not understand people put there life saving in homes and he ruins there dreams and will burn in hell. As you can see there are so many people de frauded. In gulberg he has done much worst he has no finished many homes,

Fake reviews posted by some jealous person. Vertex International and Asif Choudhry sb are one of the pioneers who is working for Bahria Enclave since the very beginning. Their project of Margalla Villas was a great success and I still remember when all of us dealers took our clients to show this project. All villas have been completed and people are living there. Well maintained, well managed and most populated area of Bahria Enclave.

It's a good thing I have saved all the pictures and receipts from all the electrical, plumbing, paint and wood-work we had to re-do on our "new" house delivered by Asif/Vertex.
"Vertex Villas Well maintained"? Have you seen the paint chipping off? Have you seen the cracks in the walls?
Bahria Enclave certainly is a good place to invest but STAY AWAY from Vertex and especially Asif.
I know Mr Asif Shafiq and Vertex international from last 7 years, I found him a genuine man and I never Caught him with any fraudulent case and I can only see a great positive energy with honest approach and he seems always optimistic after so many backfires and I feel like this is a bad way to create a wrong impression of someone when person is truthful. Mr asif Shafiq is victim of some conspiracies and I wish him a good luck for his future because It’s very hard to fight for being targeted of rumors and conspiracies. I pray he comes out of terrible enemies.

We have spent several lacs on electrical, plumbing, paint, etc on our "new" house from Asif/Vertex. I have all the pictures and receipts. Asif/Vertex forgot to build a wardrobe in the master bedroom, I have proof. The house is still not in our name as Asif the fraudster owes 25lacs on our plot... We too have known Asif since last 6 years and these are just a few of our horrible experiences with Asif the fraudster. What kind of "CEO" threatens his clients/customers?
