Spradley Chevrolet, Pueblo, CO review: 2017 chevy silverado electrical failure 1

Dear Sir/Madam:

I trusted Spradley Chevrolet in Pueblo, CO to secure my wife and son with safe vehicles. I changed from Dodge. I bought two Chevy's for $100, 000. The Equinox is first class.

The Silverado, I was on my way to a job in San Diego which I had to pass on because the truck 150 miles from Pueblo electrically shut down turning into the left lane on a two lane highway. I put the flashers on and crossed my fingers that no traffic was coming. After 12-13 tries, the truck finally turned on.

I turned to the right to get to the edge when my brand new Silverado maybe 4 weeks off the lot, turned off again. I tried pushing the vehicle. It was very hard for me. I am a 9/11 first responder with many conditions. The tail end was sticking out on the highway. I didn't even have any orange cones since it was a new truck.

The job in San Diego was lost in August. The client needed to see me, no one else. I did not have reliable transportation in a $60k truck.

A rep named Alan called me to say he will be my man to resolve this then I never heard back from him. I called to give him a what for. My claim # is 8-[protected].

I have emailed, called, and visited the dealership without resolution. I want 5 weeks back pay at $3, 000/week for the lost work, my new truck, and 4 months payment on the truck through Alliant FCU. The truck is currently on Spradley's lot and has been since August.

Please note, GM, I bought 2 vehicles from Spradley. They took all the fun out of purchasing vehicles. They ran 42 inquires bringing my world to a stand still. My home loan was retracted. My family had to live in an extended stay hotel for a month while I made other arrangements with no credit.

GM, I was a Dodge guy for almost 20 years. You got me with your commercials. My 11-year old loves Chevy. Not only did this beautiful vehicle let me down, this guy Alan a supervisor is no where to be found. I only receive his voicemail.

I will settle for no less than the above mentioned. An almost 60 year man feeling like a kid buying a truck. Thankfully, I did not have my wife or son with me.

Thank you,
Bill Harris
