Spotmau Powersuite 2012 golden edition

This not a complaint; I am looking for help. I have the original CD. I had a bad stroke in February. I cannot remember the data I entered to install the software.

Now the CD does not recognize my Registration code and I cannot remember the data I entered. I used this CD/Software many times. I like it. Your help is appreciated

Spotmau I don't recommend Spotmau.

I can't log into my account and I've already tried everything and nothing. I really need to access my Spotmau account!
I already sent them several messages and opened a ticket but it seems like these guys from Spotmau just don't care. They did not reply anything yet. I hope to hear from them soon.
I'm very disappointed with Spotmau customer care service, they reply very slowly, and they don't provide proper customer support. I don't recommend Spotmau.

Spotmau BOOTING ERROR

I have Spotmau Powersuite 2009 cd with me . I had downloaded it from internet . I had written the iso image to the cd . The cd can be booted and the options such as standard mode, advanced mode and go to my windows are seen. When I select standard or advanced mode, after a stage a screen appears showing a box with Hz written in it and a question mark on the monitor. How can I solve this problem?

Spotmau computer service

i purchased the service to repair something on my computer after i paid with my debit card i couldnt load the page to get to them i found the 800 number but these people where third party and were not much help so they gave me an email address i emailed them and they couldnt help cause i couldnt load their screen so i had another company fix my computer i asked for a refund immediatly from spot mau and well this is what happened

If the product was not what it was advertised as, then the company of the product should offer A speedy refund.

I have just ordered the same product, tried to download it with the e-mail instructions. no luck, called them and was given the run a round. I found A site where members could sign in, I was told I would get an e-mail with my password on it. Got e-mail with pass-
word . Now I can't find A download site, using either of the two addresses sent on first e-mail from Spotmau
Read this complaint to Spotmau engineer, I hope i'm not going to have the same problem.

I read the entire discussion. At first I was starting to feel sorry for the consumer but after reading on feel the customer is more to blame tpan the tech/engineer. I've worked in call centers as a supervisor/mid-echelons and can state as a rule techs do NOT have the authority to grant refunds. This tech at least did not hang up or get nasty - which, considering the anger & threats by the consumer was remarkable. Companies are well aware of the potential harm many consumers can do - but reading this makes me wonder about the person who kept after an employee who stated he was doing the only thing he was authorized to do: send the refund request to Customer Svc. Yes, Spotmau should've given him a refund. Yes, he had a valid complaint. But did he handle it correctly? Writing dozens of times over and over 'I want my money back' and ' scammer' solved nothing but showed his lack of self control. The consumer kept up his rant from 8:30am til 10am with up to 10 postings a minute demanding his money despite stating he knew the tech couldn't do more. If he wasn't being served by a man whose job is to fix computers - not refund money why keep up the on line assault? I can assure this consumer if he did send this ranting print out to the companies listed they read it and threw it away as coming from a nut case. The better way would have been to be respectful, state his case, ask for the supervisor on duty & talk to them. Then if the supervisor couldn't help he could've requested the contact for the next level up & continued to repeat his case til he reached the right one. Eventually one gets to that person. Patience & respect accomplish far more than carrying on like a 2 yr old with a tantrum.

I live in Georgia (USA) and have paypal and everyone demanding a refund from spotmau for me. They are doing the same thing to me (sending me e-mails asking me questions). I am like you...I don't want their questions, their help, their product...I just want a refund which I am due. It is supposed to be guaranteed. This is fraud and I am fixing to following in your footsteps and get legal involved.
